The agents that I’ve dealt with since the early part of the ear have been nothing that honest, caring, thoughtful and most of all patient with me in teaching me the ways of new TVs . Being elderly we don’t catch on quickly but the Geek Squad know how to show us how to do anything with these new TV sets and then if we mess up we can call them and they will help us figure out what we did wrong! Geek Squad? Noting but GREAT!!!

I would give the guys a 10 out of 10 for the delivery. I couldn't put the 65 TV in my car vertically and also couldn't remove my old TV. So I used the Geek Squad. The TV arrived stored vertically and they were extremely careful in the whole process of putting it on the stand. They were great. Once we turned on TV and it came up ok that was all that I needed and they took off. I would say it was frustrating not being able to get an answer before delivery that the TV would be transported vertically, and I called TotalTech to try to find out before delivery date.

The delivery and setup team was a sub-contractor stationed 70 miles away. They were punctual (within 10 minutes of the scheduled delivery time), very courteous, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. They carted off the boxes and had the television up and running in less than 20 minutes. Great crew!

I had to buy a new TV shortly after the pandemic quarantining began, and, as I would not be able to have my dad come set this one up for me, I knew I’d have to pay for the first time to have the Geek Squad do it for me. Needless to say, I was nervous, but after reading about the steps they woul take to protect my health, I felt better about it. The young man arrived to do the setup wearing a mask and gloves, as promised. He was very quick, yet thorough, and very friendly, as well, making sure I understood how the TV worked and answering any questions I had before h left. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad setup to anyone concerned about how to get their electronics installed during this pandemic.

Anthony was W*O*N*D*E*R*F*U*L. He did all that we asked and was able to talk with us and answer every question using clear "non-geek" language. He never made us feel that our questions were silly. He called ahead, came on time and persevered despite our local power company unexpectedly interrupting service for a short time. Anthony was very respectful of our home (including new very light-colored carpeting). I would LOVE to be able to ask for Anthony every time we need Geek Squad assistance.

The agents unpacked our products and installed them in a timely manner. They even connected out TV to a stand which we had purchased separately. They took the boxes with them so that our house was free of recycling. In addition, they gave us a breif demonstration about using our Smart TV.

The installers took great care to set up my tv, were very polite, professional and on time. The set up was involved and they did a good job. I was very satisfied with their performance.

We are elderly and definitely not up-to-date on the new gadgets. The Geek Squad guy took the time set up the Roku on the new TV and explain how to use it. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. It's definitely worth the money to have them take care of it.
