The Geek squad was efficient and personable and perfect. And they spoke English clearly! I could never have done what they did and so efficiently. They tested everything. Cleaned up after themselves and even write a mask because someone in the house is on chemo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these 2 from the Hialeah office. Christina was one of them. Unfortunately I can't remember the other name. Thank you.

Absolutely awesome service from Geek Squad, or Total Tech, from Best Buy. Time to the install was reasonable after I bought the TV in the store. They showed up at the beginning of their time window with text notices of their progress. Moved a TV for me so this one could go where needed. Took away another TV as part of Total Tech too. Install was flawless and fast enough to not take up the whole day but thorough enough to get the TV going well. Sent two men for a 65" TV and the lead man knew everything you could want in a service tech. Informative, helpful and effective. I have 4 TVs with Roku, a device I am not a fan of, but the tech made this one work a little bit better for me to the extent he could. Cleaned up everything. Follow the prep things they ask of you in their texts before they show up. They will appreciate it and it makes everything go that much better. Second time I've used Total Tech for a TV install this year and both were stellar. I have Total Tech from 3/23 and I understand they changed it summer 2023 and some of the things I have now are no longer free. That's a shame as this service was well worth paying for. I would have to look at what was lost to see if I will sign up again, but what I have and paid and received was a value.

The geek squad did it all. They installed tv and sound bar and Sonos amp all in one visit. They were timely, efficient and courteous. A professional crew. They make Best Buy great.

John and Israel gave me the best service and the Kindest and Most Professional service Techs I have ever had the pleasure to experience! They both were extremely knowledgeable. Johns perfectionism is a home owners dream. Israel made sure that (This) 70 year dyslexic Granny understood how to work her new TV.. Thank You guys Soooo Much!!!!!!

Great service by Geek Squad. Was very pleased with the efficiency and knowledge of the technician. Took time to go through everything on the TV.

The three member team was awesome. After they removed the old stuff, they cleaned behind the area. YAY! They installed everything. The wires behind are neat and tidy. Best of all they explained everything and I practiced with new remote to make sure I got it. Lastly, the were friendly and cleaned up. We are enjoying our TV.

Ryan delivered our new LG tv and sound bar. He installed it and expertly went through the set-up protocol. Was very knowledgeable, and able to answer all our questions. I'm sure it would have taken us forever to struggle thru set-up and adjustments. He showed us the basics of tv navigation and we felt ready to go. Thank you Ryan.

The agent came and setup the tv with the cable hookup etc. because we are Older it is difficult to deal with newer technologies. It was well worth the cost.

We paid extra for the setup of the new TV and movement of old TV to another room. Good thing we did because the setup crew also added our devices such as our Blu-Ray player and Amazon 4K Fire Stick. They also made sure our connection to the COX TV subscription service worked fine and that all these items were added to the new TVs main menu with their proper names. They made sure we understood how to select what we wanted to watch! They usually remove the box the TV comes in and it’s packing material. We asked them to leave box and packing. for us to keep. They then cut a few holes in the box and made straps so this large box would be easier for us to carry! Very helpful and thoughtful of them! What a great job this crew did! Five Stars!

The Geek Squad gentlemen who installed my 75 inch TV did so with amazing speed and knowledge. As I have a hearing problem, I have a blue tooth device that brings the sound right inside my hearing aids. The new TV presented a bit of a problem hooking up the ComPilot so that it could function properly. The lead tech said no problem, hustled over to the store, and brought back the necessary connectors in a flash so I had sound while the TV was muted thus saving my marriage from an annoyed wife who watches on her TV without the annoying sound from mine.

It was well worth spending the extra money to have it set up. It would have taken me hours to get it connected to Fios and discover all the features on the new TV. The two technicians were fast, efficient and polite.

Colin, Caitlin (sp?) & Doug were spectacular! They deserve 10 stars! They were prompt, personal, professional and thorough. They answered all my questions and enjoyed showing me how everything works. They made sure I was informed and comfortable using the devices. I will always use Geek Squad!

In and out and completely set up for 85" Sony Bravia 7, and a Sony Bravia Theater 8 Soundbar in less than one hour. Remotes all sank together, testing and very careful and clean.

The agents mounted my tv and connected all my devices. They were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with their service.

THE GEEK SQUAD WENT OVER A LAPTOP I HAD PURCHASED SEVERAL YEARS AGO, BUT NEVER USED BECAUSE I ALSO HAD A DESKTOP COMPUTER. WORKS GREAT - NOW I HAVE TO ADJUST TO THE LAPTOP.

Right on time and did a great job. These technicians were very knowledgeable. This was a replacement for a 10 year old LG TV that was hooked up to a full surround sound system. They took the time to fully explain all the new features and to make sure I understood how to comfortably use the new controller.
