The crew of three arrived to install my tv. I was immediately informed the cost of $199.00 only included delivery from store to house and taking it out of the box and setting it on a dresser. That is certainly not what was discussed at the time of purchase. I need the tv to be installed on the wall same as existing tv. The arrangement was to take old tv down and install the new one. I had to pay additional money which I disagree.

In house sales associate was knowledgeable…and efficient and your delivery and installation person was just as great. Delivery, installation, and removal of old eqpt went great Both situations were quick and went without a problem….and a great but on my TV also!

Normally I'd just setup a TV myself, but thanks to TotalTech, setup and delivery were included. I bought an open box TV and not all the right screws were available. The techs spent a good amount of time making sure they could get everything setup properly and safely with what was available and even looked for additional screws that they had in their van. They answered any questions I had, made sure everything looked good and worked properly and cleaned up nicely after themselves.

Having Geek Squad set up our new smart TV was the smartest thing we could do. Having the tech here enabled the TV to be set up in a fraction of the time. He demonstrated how the TV functions, especially since we are not gamers and do not have streaming services. He set it up to default to our Spectrum service and even took all of the packaging back with him. Very appreciative for this service.

My 32 inch tv is great for a home office. I did not want a big tv. I had the geek squad pick up my old heavy television because I am not strong enough to take it down the steps myself. They are able to recycle your old tv and bring you a new one. It was pricey but I only signed up because all the older guys I know have back issues and are not able to lift. Assembly comes with the delivery so I just got them to hook up everything. In the future I will probably put my tvs together. Goodwill would not take my tv because it was not running. If you need someone to lift up your old box tv they will be able to help get you set up!

Colin, Caitlin (sp?) & Doug were spectacular! They deserve 10 stars! They were prompt, personal, professional and thorough. They answered all my questions and enjoyed showing me how everything works. They made sure I was informed and comfortable using the devices. I will always use Geek Squad!

This is a great set, notable for the picture and the degree of control inherent in the easy to use remote. The only minor snag in the remote is the too close spacing of the L. R. up. down. circular control, to the enter button.

I am totally satisfied with the install. The guys arrived when scheduled and were very knowledgable, explaining everything in detail. They were courteous and very helpful.

I got 3 large TV's all at the same time. Both guys who brought the TV's and did the installation were very professional. They carried carefully, opened delicately and set them up successfully. It was definitely a good experience.

Service tech was OUTSTANDING! Sadly, I can't remember his name, but I think it was Jesse. He was professional, efficient, and had great patience teaching these seniors how to use their new TV. He went way above and beyond. Please check our order, and make sure our kudos get to the right person! He deserves a raise!

The technician was on time and very experienced and proficient. He took care to insure that I was comfortable with the operation of the TV.

This was early christmas present for my daughter...she had tv unboxed prior to appointment...geek squad completed hookup she had started...very quick setup...well worth service in case she would have had difficulties

The agent unboxed my new TV, put it on my entertainment center, and made all the connections (power, HDMI, coaxial cable). He then set up my remote controls (TV and DirecTV), showed me how to download a streaming app, and showed me how to use it. He was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

The person you sent was very nice and was able to set this up in no time. He took the time to make sure I had all the channels, and that the sound was good for me. I have hearing issues.

The three member team was awesome. After they removed the old stuff, they cleaned behind the area. YAY! They installed everything. The wires behind are neat and tidy. Best of all they explained everything and I practiced with new remote to make sure I got it. Lastly, the were friendly and cleaned up. We are enjoying our TV.
