GEEK GUYS CAME AS SET UP AND WORKED ON THE TV FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ASND COMMUNICATIVE IN A WAY THAT I WAS ABLE TO UNDERSTAND. AND GOT THE JOB DONE PLUS.

The agent was fantastic and very helpful. Got me set up promptly and was very knowledgeable.

The geek squad agent was here on time and set up my new TV very quickly. He was in and out in about 15 minutes and there were no problems. Very satisfied.

First the salesperson at Best Buy was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helped us with our purchases. Secondly, the installers that set up our tv were also very friendly and did a very nice job.

My new TV would not connect to the internet. Rick checked things out and showed us that the WiFi signal was low. He installed a mesh router and that fixed the problem. Rick took the time to explain to us (rookies) what he was doing and why he was doing it. Very happy with his knowledge, professionalism and attitude. If we need help again, we'll be certain to call Geek Squad and hopefully have Rick assigned to address our issue.

I recently bought a new Smart TV and Blu Ray player. It was recommended that I get the TV Connect and Setup package with it to have Best Buy Geek Squad to install and set it up with all my peripherals. The two guys that came with the TV and performed the setup and connect were OUTSTANDING. They did a fantastic job on the physical setup/cabling/connections. But they did way more than this. They performed the entire software setup on the unit and demonstrated all the features. They took time to educate me fully all along the way as they worked so when they left I was comfortable with utilization of the unit. This is one service that is worth the money or sometimes you will find that the setup package is included in the price of the TV as a sale add on.

I've never used the Geek squad before for a home T V install, I'm really glad I did this time. He was very careful and handled the T.V properly. The new models are so thin!

The delivery and connection were efficient and everything went well.

The technician was very professional. He called the day before our appointment to confirm, to get any special directions and to let me know an approximate arrival time. He called before his arrival to reconfirm. There were no problems with installation and he was very patient showing me how to use the TV. He installed my "smart" applications and explained, clearly how to access them. The entire process was a pleasure. It allayed many of my fears of the new technology I was getting.

Gentlemen did a great job delivering the TV, setup, everything was explained to me.

Delivery and set-up by Geek Squad was flawless. The whole set-up (table top) took about an hour, and this included the Geek technician sync'ing the new TV with my Comcast equipment, and walking me through the TV's many features and functions at a fairly detailed level. Also, he removed my old TV and all the box debris. Great job, Geek!

I was very pleased (and grateful) for the guidance and help in setting up the tv. It was challenging, as my brother has aphasia (a communication disorder) which makes dealing with strangers/technicians especially difficult. Mike, the tech, called to confirm his arrival time and couldn't have been kinder or more helpful to my brother.

I had recently purchased a 75 inch TV, thet installed it with no issues. They also went one step further and moved my 92 inch TV from my previous apartment, having it installed and working before I got home from work. No hassle and always great people performing the work. Top notch service here!

Pavel arrived a little early. He was knowledgable, polite and instructive., My son had already done most of the set up of the new TV. Pavel reviewed all aspects of the installation. He approved all. He walked me thru usage of the system and remote. That's going to take me sometime to learn how to use. Anyway, all nicely and promptly done. J Rodwin

I was so happy with the excellent customer service and set-up Mike gave me on the 20th of this month.He explained everthing in full detail,asked me if I had any questions and when I did again explained.. A wonderful experience and he even cleaned up after the set-up and picked up papers,etc

I bought my television and stand before moving into my apartment. I knew I would need (want) help getting my furniture put together so I included that when purchasing my items. The people Best Buy hired kept me informed of when they would arrive the day of the appointment. They were almost as happy as I was when they noticed how easy the stand would be to put together and it was put together quickly. They went above and beyond by hooking up the TV to my spectrum box (which also arrived that day) plus the internet modem and blu-ray player. They programmed everything into the remote and made sure everything was working properly. They did an excellent job and I would have them come back if I needed more stuff put together.
