    The two technicians did are great job setting up my 82 inch TV and also setup my bose surround sound system.

    The Geek Squad connected a new TV, receiver and an all purpose remote control. This includes different zones for different speaker systems. For me this would have been an extremely difficult set up. I don't know if I would get it right. For the squad it was routine. In the past I could hook up some wires, but they found some redundancy in my hook up in my old system. I was glad to have them hook up the new system correctly and efficiently. They were friendly, polite and professional in their work. I recommend using their service.

    While mine was a simple replacement with no mounting, I was very pleased with service from Raymond. Tv was replaced & set up with my service provider. Saved me a lot of time ,etc. (I'm elderly, slightly disabled, & not very tech savvy. Delivery was included with my Total Tech renewal.

    The agents were very professional and good at their job. They measured my TV stand and said it would be slightly short for the TV legs so they were a great help in trouble shooting and using my coffee table to put my TV on for now. They hooked up my Blue Ray and got all my apps up and running. They also connected up my sound bar. I asked any and all questions and they were kind and answered them. I give the a 5!!

    Geek squad (I think his name was Kyle) was great. He was knowledgeable about setting up my TV, tried an old antennae and then suggesting another that might work and then he set that one up on another visit. He actually showed me how to use more functions on my TV and being patient while i wrote the steps down. He didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing all this. He gets an A+ in costumer service!

    The GS Agents were awesome. They took their time and explained the process as ghe proceeded. They ensured the mumy wife and I fully understood the function of the remotes. They removed our old TV and took care of all the refuse. Except for the new TV it looked as though they were never here. Truly professional and friendly

    The TV is fine, unfortunately Best Buy/Magnolia did not understand my condition with Direct TV connection through a WI-FI. The 4G processor requires a higher download speed in order to work efficiently. I would have bought an older technology OLED if I had know this condition. I would have expected my Best Buy and Magnolia sales representatives to have understood this condition and suggested an older technology with a quality picture. The Geek Squad techs were awesome. They mounted and connected the TV to all my equipment. They were TOP Notch.

    Two Geek Squad members installed out new TV and connected our existing soundbar in a professional and courteous visit. They also assisted us in learning the remote and connecting with outside streaming services .They were very polite and took the time to make sure we understood their installation and walked us through the setup.I am very happy we used them in this process and would repeat if another setup for another unit was needed.

    Joel and Zach (The Geek Squad) were fantastic!!! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and exhibited great customer service. They worked together as a team. After completing the installation they gave me a brief tutorial, and made sure I understood. They removed all trash related to the installation. This was my first experience with the Geek Squad. Thanks to Zach and Joel it was a fantastic, and positive experience.

    We thought we could do the setup out of the box all by ourselves but turns out it was awkward. Not difficult to do but the size and thinness made us rethink our skills. We called and had the Geek Squad come and do it for us. Worth every penny! They even took the box with them to discard. Set it up and made sure everything was working right down to wing sure we could access all.

    Was a hit and miss. We had a couple TV installs done and 1 of the subcontractors they sent just wasn't very good. 1 mounting bolt is even installed at an angle and i have to fix it, and he was rude. The other 2 calls we had the Squad guys were great

    These guys were GREAT(Ed and Zac) knew their stuff and had everything set up in 30-40 minutes. Went though everything with us so we understood how everything worked. Even moved our old TV where we wanted it

    The Geek Squad delivered my TV and connected it so that I could use it. They showed me what to do with the remote if I had to use it. They even set up my remote from my cable provider for me so that I didn't have to have them make a visit. I have no problem using the remote from my cable provider. They also removed my old TV and took it to be recycled even though I paid for the removal. Otherwise I don't know what I would have done with the old one.

    The team that delivered my 75in TV was very professional. The TV was brought up 3 flights of stairs, unboxed, and set up in less than 1 hour. Prior to arrival, Cortez, the technician, consistently kept me updated on the time he would get to my residence, calling me multiple times. Not many would be so considerate of one's time. Very happy!

    i give the Tech David 5 stars. With his knowledge and service to solve my in sync sound issues, I now have been able to watch all programs with matching sound and movement of the lips. It was good to get a live person and tech that listened to my issues with concern. THANKS!!
