Both guys were excellent with every aspect, I am glad I decided to have them there was know way I could of done it myself

The purchase of the house brand 32" TV was changed to a premium 32" Samsung which I picked up at the Marina store. That Geek Squad install is awaiting Direct TV initiation. Previous Geek Squad work has always been the very best, and look forward to completing this project.

The installers were very professional and did a fantastic job installing the mount as I wanted. They were very considerate and cleaned up everything!

Easy to use and great image on the screen. Sound is very good and screen commands are fairly easy to use. I have comcast and the controls talk to the set very well.

Josh set up my TV quickly and without a hitch. He clearly explained everything, making sure I understood each item before moving on to the next. Josh was professional and friendly; excellent demeanor. He moved the old TV out - which wasn't easy as it was old and very heavy; had to be moved out via the patio and backyard because it would not fit through the patio door leading to the inside of the house. Josh is top notch!

They brought the tv when they said they would. Very polite and complete gentleman. Set the tv where I wanted. Took time to show me how everything worked. They also made sure I understood each and every thing about the tv

The two very efficient, polite and nice technicians who delivered my 77" Samsung QD-OLED were very considerate, and worked quickly and with sufficient details for non-techie me to feel very well considered and comfortable with the new set after they left. they removed all the packaging and also took away my huge old rear projection tv. No muss and fuss and they left my home neat, clean and very well-settled. They are a credit to the company as well as to the promise of service as described on the site.

I don’t remember this so I guess my partner was home for this. TV was set up nicely and no mess. Everything works as it should.

Colin did a great joy solving our Set-Up problems, as well as pairing our DirecTV remote to the new TV. He is real good !

The Geek Squad tech set up my tv and walked me through the tv features and using the remote. He patiently answered all my questions and was spot on with his assessment of a streaming issue that I had been having. A very good experience.

This is the second TV delivered and set up by the Geek Squad, and once again, I was happy to have this service. The guys had the TV in place and setup in record time. Dealt w/ 2 Geeks due to BB selling us a TV not as advertised (key components were missing) that was discovered when 1st Geek crew arrived. That team was frustrated too but professional and went-to-bat for us back at the store. A different Geek did the final installation when the replacement arrived (belatedly), did additional installation of a FireStick and an old Panasonic DVR/VHS unit w/ aplomb and pleasantness.

The Geek Squad did a fantastic job of hooking up my new LG TV and it’s related components (Xfinity cable box, Blu Ray player, and soundbar). They patiently explained the functions and hookup of the TV and answered my many questions about the controls on the new LG TV. They hauled away the box for the TV with them. One fewer step for recycling for me. I was hesitant at first to get the installation service but in the end it turned out to be worth the money. The installation team was extremely kind and courteous!

After an unsuccessful installation by a 3rd party installation, the Geek Squad came to listen to my concerns, analyzing the situation and proceeded to properly set up the TV to my requests.

The 2 Geek Squad agents delivered our new 55” Samsung TV, hooked the cable box and external speaker. They connected the smart TV to our Wi-Fi and set up some of our streaming services while explaining the procedure to us. They patiently answered questions we had regarding the the features of our smart TV. The agents were professional, efficient and courteous.

The agents were outstanding in setting up my tv and sound system. It did not take them long to get it set up and they took away all my old stuff.

The Geek representative who set up my new smart television was excellent, as well as informative. The set up, as outlined in the new tv manual, can take awhile, and the Geek sped through it with ease, clearly having done this many times before. I have no idea how the average buyer can follow all of the enclosed instructions but that was not my problem. My tv was set up quickly and professionally, and that made me a very satisfied customer.
