I have depended on Geek Squad for most of my tech needs from simple WifFi, to TV & Sonos integration, mesh networks and now two OLED installations one of which was more than complex.Geek squad has always been great. Ayden Gorges team was phenomenal. The installs were professionally done in a very reasonable amount of time and the te team made certain that we understood how to access the internet based stream service that they integrated into out new TV's. The geek squad is always so courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable and were able to get all our new tv connected to our older receiver and surround sound system along with our record player and CD player (yes, we still use those) in a short amount of time so that we did not have to learn a lot of new technology.

The 2 men who delivered and set up my 65 inch Samsung TV were efficient, polite, and and really knew their stuff.

The Geek squad techs removed old TV, installed new TV to stand, and set up to Cable and sound bar quickly and easily. Also I asked them to give me a tutorial so would know how to use the basic channels and apps I use. Great service and very helpful. Was covered under my plan so no extra service charge.

Christian was very knowledgeable and arrived on time. He explained how YouTube tv worked and made sure I understood how to find it in the apps. He also said if I had problems with tiling, it could be we would need a new modem because I was still using the one from Spectrum and I had 3 tvs, an Alexa, a Ring doorbell and my phone all on it.

The agents installed and ensured all my devices were working properly and answered questions knowledgeably. I’ve never been disappointed with agents.

I graduated from a 42" Plasma TV to this Q60T Smart TV. I was really concerned that I would not get as good a picture as what I was getting with the Plasma model but am very pleased to report that the picture quality is just as good, if not a bit better. It's also very nice to have the ability rely on the Geed Squad. They came out and very quickly and easily set up my new TV. They then took the time to show me how to add streaming programs, how the remote worked, and different little insights to making sure everything ran smoothly.

I was able to take advantage of the holiday pricing for this service. I am glad that I did. I didn't have this service when my first tv arrived damaged. I made sure to get it when I ordered the replacement. It may not like you don't need it, but think about 'white glove' treatment. The peace of mind was worth it. Plus, it was part of the overall plan with additional benefits.

I worked with Chris and Don. I received a call the day before the appointment to confirm the tentative time of arrival and service. Then the day of, Chris called and let me know they would be arriving within an hour. That was awesome! He and Don did a fantastic job setting up the TV. They were professional, on time, wore booties to cover their shoes, which I appreciated since it snowed the day before. They did an excellent job sharing with me the features of the TV and made sure I was comfortable with everything before departing. Will definitely request their support again and highly recommend them to other customers. Thanks guys!!

Geek squad came and installed my tv and soundbar. He was very nice and efficient. Worth the cost.

Two guys showed up with the new Roku TV. The unit did not fit our existing stand:( They swapped the new for the old. Excellent! Highly Recommended!

After an unsuccessful installation by a 3rd party installation, the Geek Squad came to listen to my concerns, analyzing the situation and proceeded to properly set up the TV to my requests.

The installer came on the assigned date and very efficiently and courteously assembled and installed the TV set.
