Set up guys were very professional and did an excellent job explaining everything. So glad we had Best Buy deliver and set it all up.

The gentleman (sorry can't remember his name), was knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant to talk to. He would be welcome again. My only complaint, he was so fast getting the TV set up, I didn't get the serial number or model number to be able to register w/LG.

The technicians were both very professional and knowledgeable getting the TV setup and connected quickly.

Geek squad did an excellent job. They installed our new 75 inch Samsung TV, Sonos Playbar and Sonos Sub. They setup all the options on the TV and Sonos to be compatible with the other Sonos we had in the basement. They recommended we replace the HDMI cables with others we had in storage. Love the setup, picture is excellent, sound is great and installation was painless thanks to the Geek Squad. Plus all boxes. were removed! This is the first time we have used the Geek Squad and I was pleasantly surprised.

The Geek rep arrived early, and worked diligently to restructure our modem/router wiring for our new Roku TV hookup. He then took additional time to set up the TV, which had been scheduled on a different day. So glad to have his expertise and get it done all at once.

The Geek Squad set up my TV and sound bar, plus explained the controller. They even came back later because I had a question. Wonderful customer service!

The agents (Blake & his assistant) did an excellent job of setting up my new LG TV and LG soundbar system. They worked very efficiently in getting my system set up and running. Blake thoroughly explained how to operate, and navigate the new TV, with the two different remotes--cable & TV.

Agent attached stand, helped me move my TV table to set it on, attached all of my devices - especially the ARC for my new Onkyo AVR receiver, taught me to use it and even fine tuned my Onkyo setup. He also checked my comcast cable box signal strength.

Dejuan took the time and patience to explain the great benefits of our new tv. He was very kind and realized we were lacking knowledge. He answer all our questions. It is so re-freshing to find such a nice person. Thank you

The Geek Squad was very helpful delivering the TV, setting it up, showing me how to navigate with the remote, and answering my questions. They went through it all quickly, so I had to have them re-explain a few things, but they were patient, friendly, and accommodating.

Robert was outstanding! His instructions from Best Buy were to drop off a tv. Our agreement with Best Buy was to set up new tv, move old tv and set that up in another room, and haul away another tv. Robert did everything for us. The tv to be hauled away was an old heavy console tv so Robert called around to anyone in the area so he could get help in carrying it out. He went above and beyond. He gets five stars, Best Buy not so many!

The agent set up my TV quickly and answered all my questions. This was a set up for my Mom through my Total Tech membership and worked out great. My mom is so happy with the service and her brand new TV. The agent was helpful in letting my mom know that her cable digital box was no longer working and told her she should call and get a new one.

Our installer was fabulous! He kept me up to date on his timing for delivery and delivered a great product and a great set up. Texts / emails from Best Buy were useless. Fortunately our installer provided real, useful information!

Adam to a great job setting up our new Sony Masters series TV along with connecting it to a Bose 900 sound bar. He had to download the Bose music app to my I phone then run several updates to the sound bar for it to function correctly. I could not have achieved this on my own. They mounted the TV on the wall as well and level it with no wires showing. Just a complete professional job. Tganks
