    The technician was thoroughly familiar with the operation of this TV and set my preferences quickly and made adjustments to color to provide a vibrant & realistic picture. The technician set up needed apps and connected my peripherals (sound bar, cable box, Xbox and DVD player). Service was excellent, professional and courteous.

    5 Stars because you can't fix what you don't find on the Sony X800M/2 4K Player connected to a Bravia 9 70inch UHDTV and 4K TV. The Movie on blue Ray disk and other types as well would play 3 or 4 trailers before getting to the Top Menu. I don't remember this problem with my 13 year old Samsung system. Inserting the Blue Ray disk into the Sony X800M/2 Player and when the disk starts to load and display disk info, Press the Top Menu Button and thet should send you to the Top Menu on the disk to play the movie. If you didn't catch it in time, when the trailer starts; then press the NEXT button. Then keep pressing the next button until the Top Menu is displayed...

    Annoying Translucent Black Box Won’t Go Away!

    I connected my Google HiSense to my WiFi. When I streamed from the Internet the picture was clear. Then I returned the TV to DirecTV. The box won’t go away no matter what setting I try. It does not appear at all when I return to the Internet. The info is telling me that the channel is Frames Per Second 60 Hertz which is fine but it doesn’t disappear. I called Geek Squad and they blame DirecTV. But the DirecTV person plugged in their little TV. There was no box.

    The very nice young couple who set up our new tv did a great job. They were very polite and knowledgeable. I do think $200 is a bit pricey for this, and I hope the folks who set it up receive most of the payment.

    The installers where on time, I appreciated the call 30 minutes before that they would be on time. That is so good PR/Customer Service. I paid for Delivery and installation. It is SO worth it!!!! I made sure the area was clear of all breakable items and things that did not need to be there. They were in and out in 50 minutes! It does help to have the area prep for them to work in with just what is expected to be there. The installers were polite to me and my home and very knowledgeable about the setup. I recommend them every time. Just so I do not have to deal with cables.

    Geek Squad Installed my TV

    The agent mounted my tv and showed us how we can hire someone else to hide cords.The install was great. What we are EXTREMELY UPSET about is that we bought an in wall cable con power gromme, but decided not to use it. We never opened it, and we decided instead to install another outlet by our wall mount. We attempted to return the unopened equipment but it was after the 15 day limit and your staff was inflexible and would not let us return THE UNOPENED UNUSED EQUIPMENT THAT YOU COULD RESELL!!!! We HAVE BOUGHT THREE TVS FROM YOU AS WELL AS SPEAKERS ETC. Well over $1000 dollars and your staff would not let us return UNOPENED merchandise for $80?!?!? No respect for your customers. The manager didn’t even look us in the eye. We are extremely upset and will never shop there again. We left the unopened unused merchandise for you all to RESELL. Enjoy your double sale of $80. You lost a customer and we are not going to be quiet about it. Geek squad was great. Your in store return manager and inflexible policy was The WORST.

    Nick did a great job getting everything set up and ensuring the safety of himself as well as the furniture the TV would be placed. He went over the controls and made it look easy. I have used the controls and I have been able to pick and choose what I need. Now I am ready to go to the next level once my cable subscription ends in August.

    These two gentlemen were super outstanding. After I waited the alotted time, I noticed they were highly sufficient in giving me the full rundown of how the tv works and quickly made sure I was all set.     Jakob and Larry of Geek Squad saved our day!

    Jakob and Larry were magnificent and indispensable with instillation of our new Sony OLED 65 inch tv and Bose sound bar and subwoofer. Their knowledge and experience of the products and swiftness of the instillation put aside the complexity of getting the tv and sound accessories up and running - and just in time for the Superbowl. We were thankful for the services they provided which turned out to be more than just placing a plug in the wall. What could have been a lengthy and frustrating installation on our own was an event to be celebrated. Those who are doubtful about utilizing the Geek Squad for instillation should think twice about foregoing this valuable service. Jakob and Larry made our day.

    I was a little leary about buying this service, but I was buying a very expensive OLED TV and wanted it set up by professionals and make sure everything was working, so I added this service. In addition to the installation, all my remotes were programmed to work with the TV, DVD player and Sound Bar. Plus all of the cables were bundled and hidden as best they could, which kept my wife happy. These gentlemen were prompt, keeping me notified when they would arrive, were courteous and made sure I was pleased before they left. Worth the money this time.
