We were having trouble getting the DVD player and Netflix to have sound. I had called LG customer support to no avail. Looked for a you tube video. Nothing. Justus and another gentleman with the geek squad came out and had it working in no time. Thank you both. We also had 4 remotes. They showed us a universal remote which we bought. They set everything up and taught us how to use it. They would show us and then have us try it. Smart, quick, considerate guys. Very happy with their service

Love the t.v., excellent picture. I have it paired with a klipsch cinema 600 sound bar and 10 inch sub. I had geek squad set up and pair with the internet, cable and other devices. It was easy for them and has worked flawlessly since. My wife and I are amazed every night at the upscaling picture quality. I do enjoy hockey and the motion rate has removed any puck blur we had with our old t.v. Very happy with the purchase.

I was so pleased with the clerk at Best Buy. The prompt delivery set up and removal of old TV. It was so easy and convenient would have and already did refer Geek squad to assist her with tVand computer set up in her home.

A setup was required due to the size of the TV. The installers arrived on time, were respectful and knowledgeable, and responded to all questions and requests in a timely and accommodating manner. Well worth the charge.

The guys came in clean, went right to work, talked me through the process, even suggested that I could have had a wall mount in lieu of the cabinet I purchased for the TV -- and they offered me a 10% discount should I order such installation from them rather than from the store. I can rate them as 100% helpful. Of course I could have done it myself (I kid myself -- and you), but it would have taken days and it wouldn't have been done so correctly (and I would have turned the air blue, irritating my wife). These guys aren't just good -- they're superb!

Turns out there are many more steps to properly setting up a new TV than just plugging it in. It actually took about 20 minutes to run through all the necessary settings and get things ready to go. The GS agent took us through the entire setup, which we would have found much harder on our own. Their experience in getting things done correctly is essential.

The Tech was told to just deliver TV per his work order. I explained to him that it was a delivery and set up. He made time to do the delivery and set up. We had issues with the TV stand that we thought we were going to hang the TV on. He tried everything he could to get it to work. In the end it didn't. But that was not the Tech's fault. He was very nice.

The guys were running behind, but called to let me know how much delay to expect. They came within their estimated delay. Both techs wore masks per the Covid-19 restrictions. They moved the current TV downstairs. Both were efficient, professional, and answered all my questions. They removed all the packaging, assembled the stand, hooked up the cables, and quickly went through all the startup menus. The TV is working great!

Geek squad was very professional in installing my new Sony TV. They set it up explaining how everything works and answering my questions.

Great guys, super helpful, very professional. Serious about being as knowledgeable as possible. My only criticism is not of the team but of the system. They made me select an entire day from 7 AM to 7 PM to be available for the delivery. Then, the night before at 9 PM, I got a text narrowing the window to something like 7-1. That is not exactly a narrow window. They should be able to make it a bit more convenient for customers.

They were very thorough in setting and attaching all my components to the new tv. They also walked us through the setting the tv up with Direct tv and explaining some of the functions. Above and beyond the basic service

The technician installed my TV in a tight fitting cabinet in addition to hooking up a soundbar, cable box and DVD and VCR. The DVD and VCR had composite cables that required an adapter for the HDMI ports on the TV. He was very thorough and patiently answered my numerous questions.

Installation was smooth and professional. The team was efficient and informative.

Everything was done quickly and efficiently. You really cannot ask for more.
