Wow - Geek Squad brought TV, unpacked and installed where i wanted it. Wonderfully set and ready to go.. Beautifully fixed and checked to be sure it is working, remotes. Being able to speak into the remote for what I want to watch, WOW WOW!!! no need to hunt channels because of the remote availability. How sweet is that..Thanks GEEK....i RECOMMEND GEEK.

The service provided by the Geek Squad personnel was amazing. Not only were they able to re-install my OLED tv correctly but they also gave my home theater system a tune up. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. If you are investing in a high quality tv or sound system, I highly recommend that you utilize the services that the Geek Squad offers.

Chico and Ephram were our installers. They were exceptional. Chico walked us through the remote and every app on the TV. They hooked up our cable and DVD player and there are no issues. They were exceptional and made us feel very comfortable with our new purchase. Very happy with the Geek Squad.

Two men from the Geek squad, delivered and installed and mounted my 100” Samsung Television, they did a great job, friendly and very helpful. I hope Best Buy continues to use their own people instead of third parties, much better service.

The techs arrived promptly and installed my TV with my total tech membership! It was simple, easy and smooth. He answered all my questions and hauled away the material. Would definitely recommend this service. Don't forget Total Tech! Believe me, the membership is SOOOOOOOO WORTH IT!

My installation was pretty simple for them to accomplish. I have Total Tech so let them do the work. Two installers came to set it up and they took away all the packing materials. One nice thing of them doing it is that they gave me a tip to make my viewing easier on the other TV that I had already set up.

Great TV has great picture and easy to set up. It better picture then the old TV.

Agent Parsa (from Tukwila) was super nice & very efficient. I cannot remember the other Agent's name (Federal Way)! My apologies, but they were both great! Wore booties, masks, gloves, etc. Sanitized the remotes and took all the trash with them. Luv the TV! The Geek Squad are better at customer service than the Best Buy staff. Interesting....

Jon and Sammy I installed my new TV, then discovered that my cable box and old TV were not fried by a lightning strike as I thought. They then uninstalled the new TV and reinstalled by old TV. I am grateful for their honesty. The issue was with my old power strip which did not have a power light and I assumed it was fried, when it had just tripped to OFF during the lightning. Jon and Sammy are two fine young men and Best Buy should be proud to have them representing the company.

the guys were great !! Knowledgeable and they hooked up my existing blu-ray player. No problem with anything they did. 10 out of 10 !!!

The two Geek Squad agents installed my TV quickly and explained everything about it. They even told me my Comcast box was old and that I should take the old box back and get the newer model so my picture would be better. I thought the picture was great and when I got the new box it was even better. It’s too bad Comcast charges so much and then can’t notify you when they have upgrades. Thanks to the Geek Squad my picture is even better than I could have imagined.

The 2 Geek Squad members showed up on time. And it took them probably about a half hour to unpack and set up my tv. It was well worth having them do it. I could have done it but it would have taken me so much more time to do so. Kind of like moving into a new house You can spend all day doing the heavy lifting or you can hire some movers who are experienced and it’s done in a shorter time. All you have to do is sit back and relax for the most part.

I ordered a tv installation to set on a cabinet and included taking away my old 55 inch tv. Geek squad came on time with the tv. Set up was fairly easy with the agent programming the tv and the remote. I did have to adjust the color on the tv from the factory settings but it has worked well. I really like the Samsung tv's and this is my second large Samsung tv. Having the total tech membership I got the tv at a discount as well as the installation. A definite plus having them do the installation although I'm sure I could have muddled through it. This way all is set up to my needs as the agent has the experience.

We were lucky to get the Geek Squad Tech that came to hook up our beautiful Sony Bravia 4k Ultra HD TV. He was well groomed and slipped on cool Geek Squad shoe covers without being asked to do so. He got right to work, making sense out of the knotted mess of cords behind our old TV, quickly and professionally hooking everything up. When he turned the new TV on the picture was absolutely gorgeous. He explained the features and remote and how to use it. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad to everyone, I'm happy we did!!!!

The agents who set up the TV were exceptional both as professionals and understanding "geeks" who explained everything to a layman like me in an understandable way. Cody et.al. are employees that make BestBuy the store I use and highly advise everyone to use.

Not being technically inclined, this is the best route for me when purchasing any type of tech. Having the Total Tech Support contract gives me access to a variety of services that take away any frustration when making new purchases. Knowing that I have the Geek Squad at my side to come out and get my equipment set up not only properly, but quickly is comforting.
