THE GEEK SQUAD BROUGHT MY NEW 65 INCH TV AND INSTALLED IT SO EASILY THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO DO. FROM THE ACTUAL UNBOXING, PREPARATION OF THE TV AND THEN HOOKING UP THE INTERNET TO THE TV WAS FABULOUS. VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM START TO FINISH. CAN NOT BEAT BESY BUY.

The person who set up my tv was very knowledgeable and did a great job. He answered all my questions and was very professional.

I debated having someone deliver and install the TV as it sounded simple and easy, however very happy I chose the Geek Squad to deliver and install. They come on the early side of The scheduled install window and promptly understood my theatre sound system and even suggested different locations for the speakers to improve sound quality. He suggested I experiment with the remote under his guidance which was very helpful. Also cleaned up the clutter of wires behind the unit making connections more visible.

The installer had the TV up, running and setup faster than I could have got it out of the box. :) Well worth the money!

Geek Squad was so very helpful installing the Youtube TV stick on 1 TV and installing the app on my other TV. It was a little tricky on my large LG TV but they figured it out and made sure I knew how to find my favorite channels and understood how to save a program to watch later.

Josh and his assistant arrived as scheduled set up was very quick and easy. They explained how to move through the apps and other items. Done within forty minutes. In and out. Great job overall.

The installers did a great job! They were very polite and informative while installing my TV and hooking up my existing surround system. He made sure I understood all the operating procedures for a new tv and answered all my questions as well as gave my some great advice on upgrading my old receiver to improve dolby atmos.

THIS WAS AN ANNIVERSARY GIFT FOR THE HUBBY, DUE THE HOLIDAY SEASON’S TO BOOT! THE INSTALLER WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AS A BUSINESS FRONT FACE, HOWEVER, THE BEST PART WAS HIM BEING HONEST AND UP FRONT WITH ME HUSBAND WHILE STILL WILLING TO DO ANYTHING HE COULD TO CORRECT A MISTAKE NO FAULT OF HIS OWN! (WAS ACTUALLY MY HUBBY’S FAULT AS ALWAYS LOL.) HOWEVER THAT MADE MYSELF FEEL VALUED BY HEAD INSTALLER, THE GENTLEMEN WORKING WITH HIM AS WELL AS THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE!

I love the performance of the Hisense tv, especially the sound. Kenny was extremely efficient, helpful kind as he set up my tv and showed me how to navigate programming and streaming for the first time. Two young geek squad members were very good in setting up a fire stick.

Guys took out the old TV, which was an older 2006 rear projection TV that weighed 90 lbs, with no problems. They brought and set-up the new TV really fast. I couldn't do it myself, so I was so glad to have them here to do it.
