The Geek squad did it all. The LG OLED tv was installed on an entertainment center along with an LG sound bar. Then we were taught how to us the remote which was pretty simple. We were pleased that we could utilize our comcast remote as well which we are used to. We like the mouse feature on the LG remote...very convenient when we are searching for something.

I buy from Best Buy because I can order anything they carry on the online site and arrange for expert setup through the local store. This is twice I've had the Geek Squad out to help with setup, once for a new TV and Blu-ray player, and now for this new receiver. I value this service very much. The guys who came out knew their stuff, were prompt and efficient, and set up everything expertly. It's nice to know that as this stuff gets more and more complex, I have help right here in town.

The Geek Squad did an OUTSTANDING job of setting up and connecting my 77 inch Sony OLED TV. They proceeded quickly and efficiently through their tasks and kept me informed of options and operating data. The technicians stayed until everything was operating correctly. I had also paid for removal of the old TV set and they took care of a large and heavy set.

The duo team were very skilled at setting the Sony Bravia, They were courteous, professional yet friendly, They answered all my questions promptly. The set up was fast and they picked up my old tv in a jiffy. All in all 10 stars!!!

Assembling a smart TV is more than a plug and play maneuver. There is a lot of expertise involved in coordinating the multiple remote units and components of a home theater. All this was done properly and promptly. The technicians explained and demonstrated all of the various features of the system. When a few minor problems remained after the technicians left our home, a quick call to the online Geek Squad help line resolved all issues.

The Geek squad guy’s came when they said they would, unboxed our TV and set it up. It only took them about 45 minutes and all during the time they were here they were very professional and explained everything they did. Very glad I had them do this for us.

Couldn’t have asked for a more professional and considerate Geek Squad representative. Adonis was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough with the installation, set-up and useful advice on the proper use of equipment.

My new Samsung 55 in. TV was installed March 7, 2024 by Barry of the Geek Squad in Reading, PA. He called me to let me know when he would arrive. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. After he set up everything, including my older soundbar, he explained everything I could possibly need to know about working with my new TV, including helping me set up my Samsung account to access my other Samsung devices. He was patient and direct in his explanations, and I was very appreciative of the time and care he gave to make sure I was able to navigate the remote and work my new TV. A big thank you to the Geek Squad and especially Barry for all your help.

The agents unboxed and set up our TV, we didn't need it mounted. They were polite and professional and instructed us about how to use our new TV. We were very pleased with their service.

We wish we were instructed better how to adjust the tv so we could have appreciated it from the beginning. I believe we could have set it up by ourselves. So much for a $200.00 delivery charge.

Our issues were dealt with in our home by two professionals contracted by Geek Squad to perform such services. They were polite, knowledgeable and completed their work efficiently. I would recommend that Geek Squad tell the customer that "So and So" will be doing the work; not the Geek Squad. I didn't know who it was that called me for an appt. time; had to call Geek Squad to verify who they were

The two guys brought my 43" TV, unpackaged it and set it up. They downloaded everything, tested the remotes and even gave me a brief tutorial. Outstanding service -- timely, friendly and competent. Highly recommend!
