I purchased a brand new samsung tv for my brother who has a handicap. The delivery agents installed the tv and configured it with speed and precision to where my brother wanted it and how he wanted it configured. The service was top class.

The agent was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Geek Squad explained how to operate my TV. Geek Sqaud is effiencient, friendly and fast at installing.

Paying for the setup on this was well worth the money. I didn't have to mess around with cables or settings they knew what needed to be done and went over how to use made this more enjoyable experience

The person who delivered our TV and set it up provided excellent customer service! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to make sure we knew how to operate everything and explained things to us a couple of times! He dealt with our cable connection with no problems at all.

Best way to put up a tv. By having geek squad do it. A little pricy. But if it’s a big tv well worth it

The third party contractor came on time and Chris Duncan was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. He ensured all my questions were answered and took away my 8-year old non-working flat screen for disposal. I had a third party provider for installation and delivery since I wanted it delivered the next morning. I am very happy with the service provided.

Install is good and screen displays beautifully. I just started it today, so far so good. I am happy with this LG TV and would recommend it also.

Agent put my TV On stand, then more or less said you’re on your own kid!!! I’m a 66 year old woman, I live alone!!!! I need more help!!! I don’t know how it works!!!!? I need more instructions!!!!

While I try to keep up with technology, I wouldn't think of a purchase without someone coming to hook everything up, such as multiple things to the TV. We were kept informed as to the tech's arrival time, which had to be a bit late. He was professional and friendly, but he was in a hurry. I would suggest asking questions or requesting they work with you on your set-up. Our guy just sped through everything, while we sat by and said nothing. Our fault entirely, just suggesting you be smarter than we were. =:>)
