The geek squad set up the tv in no time and are very polite people

Great service, installers were very professional and timely.

This service was extremely helpful. You don't realize how big of a box a TV will come in, especially when the TV itself is really big. I don't think we could have unboxed it and set it up on our TV stand alone. They came in, had it set up in no time, and everything was ready to go. Definitely worth paying that little bit of extra for the setup.

The two young men were very polite, helpful and very handsome looking. I like your Geek Squad employees for all of our purchase from Best Buy from our kitchen appliances to PC’s. The agents set the TV on our entertainment center and made sure it was secured.

We made sales aware of weight and size of our old tv that was to be removed and hauled away. It was too heavy to be picked up by one man. He was able to move it to the front patio , but was unable to put it into his truck. He said the pick up service would be here within 2 days. I am hoping it’s tomorrow (27th) . *Gerry left his screw driver behind, he’s welcome to call and come by to pick it up

I have had SONY for some time but decided to get this Samsung 43" after reading a number of reviews. I am very satisfied with our TV so far & would recommend it. The picture quality is great as is the sound. The price was also comparable. The Geek Squad delivered & hooked up our TV in a very short time. A more than satisfied customer once again from Best Buy

The agents who delivered and programmed LG 77-inch tv were very helpful in explaining the “how -to” of the set . Their professionalism Is second to none! Very friendly and cleaned up the place like nothing happened! Thank you guys!!!

Outstandin professional service by caring technicians that made the insulation of our 4k TV stress free! They assembled and intalled and removed our old TV from our entertainment wall console, which would have been no easy task for me. They made it look easy and test every component (Reciver, DVD, Wifi & Stereo) when completed & perfomed & balanced the 7.2 surround sound. Check & installed all needed updtaes on all of the comonents!!

Truly found the young gentleman to be knowledgeable, polite and quick workmen who answered shall we say a “senior” person’s questions, many considering I am a Microsoft user!! They installed quickly, picked up any refuse that was left over and told me to call them if I had any problems! Can’t ask for more than that, at the end of the day!

The agents installed my TV and wall mount with dispatch. They complained that I wasn't getting enough kilobytes or whatever they are. A few days later, another Squad guy arrived and removed a small coupler the first guys had installed. In 2 minutes the problem was fixed and I got many channels. He was surprised and grateful for the tip I gave him for his smart, expeditious work. Sorry I forget his name.

The agent was excellent.He connected all of my devices to the new tv.He also cleaned the entire area and disposed of the materials in my recycle bin! He was very friendly and worked very efficiently!

Very reliable! The tech even came early. Very professional and informative. I appreciated the recommendation to get a 4K cable box after he installed my 4K Smart TV. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad service.
