He helped me with the power on/off usage after installation (a previous installer had told me the wrong thing) & picked up the too large TV that I needed to exchange.
Unfortunately the mute button on the remote didn't work but he had already left so I had to make another reservation.

We were lucky to get the Geek Squad Tech that came to hook up our beautiful Sony Bravia 4k Ultra HD TV. He was well groomed and slipped on cool Geek Squad shoe covers without being asked to do so. He got right to work, making sense out of the knotted mess of cords behind our old TV, quickly and professionally hooking everything up. When he turned the new TV on the picture was absolutely gorgeous. He explained the features and remote and how to use it. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad to everyone, I'm happy we did!!!!

The guys were on time, answered all my questions, showed me how to navigate through the different features of the TV and the remote. They were very nice to a little old lady and very helpful. They worked well together and efficiently unpacked my new TV, hooked everything up, packed up the old TV and left after answering all of my questions and helping me access and set up Amazon Prime and Disney+. Great service in my book.

Geek Installer (Xavier Boddie), with proper arrival time notifications and on time arrivals, setup TV on flat service prepared by customer. He properly connected equipment, as he, with utmost courtesy and patience, detailed explained connection hookups, functions, and features of Remote and TV capabilities and applications.
Through no fault of Installer, the insignia 4K Fire TV's HDMI connections generated "No Signal Detected". Nothing worked after many different types of hookup maneuvers. Installer, in coordination with supervisor, surmised that the problem must be in the Customer's Xfinity Set Box (XG2v2-P). Needed Xfinity Set Box XG1v4 or Xi6 for any 4K TV.

If it were not for geek squad and their knowledge and excellent service, I would not buy anything at Best Buy! Best Buy has screwed up every single thing I have ever bought for them but fortunately the geeks were around to make things right. And please do not think that because everything has been messed up I am just not bright enough to do things correctly! I have spoken to many people who have given up on Best Buy for just that reason and we can't all be idiots!

Very respectful Employees. Answere all my question. Clean everything up. Had a problem with first tv. things happen. Burnout in one day.! Geek squad replace the tv. Folks I tell you get the warranty. Or your stuck if something happens.

I can't stress strongly enough our gratitude for Ricky Garbrandt and Kat. They set up our new TV, sound bar and Blu-Ray, explaining things along the way. I was more stressed than Ricky when our Wi-Fi didn't operate properly! He stayed at it until everything was completely set up and working. He never made me feel like a fool (I am) and seemed willing to stay as long and necessary even though it was Friday afternoon and he certainly had better things to do! Big fan of the Geek Squad!

This Geek Squad visit was to exchange a replacement TV with one that had failed while under warranty. Aaron did an excellent job of packing the bad TV in the box from the new TV which I was glad about, since except for not working it was in perfect condition.
