Very happy with the Geek Squad service. Install went quickly and no problems. All my questions answered by the installer and I would recommend the Geek Squad.

The agent came in and installed my TV, sound bar and wireless subwoofer. They did an excellent job and the picture on my TV is out of this world. Thank you so much for that amazing staff and service.

The Squad assigned to me called the day before to set up installation time and get pre installation needs addressed before coming out. My 2nd call was to let me know they were on the way and was actually before time. Upon arrival they removed my old 60in and installed the new. Watching them set up the new set and make remotes compatible assured me I made the right decision to have the Geek Squad set this up. Very professional agents were worth every penny.

The agents unpacked, assembled and placed the TV on my stand. They then connected my cable box and DVD player. They entered my WiFi info and set up ny cable box remote to work with the TV. They did a good job of showing me how to use everything including a button on my remote I;d never used before! Overall they were friendly, helpful followed COVID protocols.

Being a Best Buy Total Tech Support member has made just made it easier and easier to make purchases which require delivery and installation. Our 50” Samsung was in that category. The technician that processed our order left no stone un turned. Thanks Best Buy.

Sorry I don’t remember the technicians names but, they did a great job helping my aging parents. I received a call from the team technician regarding placement and needs of my parents and they set up the device and even coached them how to use the tv then I received another call from the technician before they left checking if I had any other requests, very good job, highly professional, highly recommended.

Very professional service by Geek Squad in delivery and installation of my Samsung TV. After a quick setup and installation, they were more than willing to answer my questions and provide other information related to connectivity with Wi-Fi and tutorial for use of Remote.

The person from the Geek Squad was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything while he was working to set up our new smart TV set. He arrived as promised and begin to work at once. Explained what he was doing and went over the operation of the set and various controls on the remote control. He answered all our questions without being confusing. Would strongly recommend using the geek Squad if wanting to set up your TV without drama.

The agents arrived on time and brought the correct item with them. That last comment may sound dumb but I've had the wrong item brought to my house once or twice. Jacob and his crewmate (I apologize for forgetting his name) were friendly, efficient, and as professional as we could ask for. They were in and out in less than an hour. Just for clarity my set sits on a stand so it was not a tough job for these guys.

The Geek Squad was efficient, timely, professional, and did a great job installing our new television. I highly recommend them, and appreciate their knowledge in setting up the tv. They moved another television set for us and it was appreciated. GREAT WORK GUYS!!!

These two guys had to throw themselves into the breach to deliver our new TV when the original delivery guy fell ill, I was just recuperating from surgery when the old TV quit so badly needed this one, and they made a special effort to get it to me PDQ. They worked very hard and very late into the evening to get it done.

Cesar did an excellent job in connecting my TV and programming. He was ver professional and knowledgeable. I just purchases another TV and wojld hope that Cesar can come to set it up.

Very good Technicians, they know their business and are very helpful, I can highly recommend their service. They take time to thoroughly explain how to use the equipment they install, and they take all of there empty boxes with them when they go.

First let me commend our salesgirl Kacie. She was so kind and knowledgeable and made our purchase so easy. I was so happy The Geek Squad came out the very next day after purchase to install. Ryan and his helper couldn't be any better and explained all about the features.

I purchased the Sony A8F and needed it installed in a custom entertainment center, and connected to existing surround sound system. The Geek Squad hooked everything up professionally and perfect the first time. The cabinet maker had to perform some repairs to the entertainment center so I needed Geek Squad to come back and reinstall and connect the TV. Again, done flawlessly. I rely on Geek Squad for a great job.
