Geek Squad arrived on time and expertly hooked up my new tv, explaining to me what and how it was being done. Very knowledgeable and competent in all respects.

Our Geek Squad tech went overboard to professionally install our new t.v. And spent time making sure that we (both over 80) understood the basics on how to operate this OLED LG 55”. He was more than helpful and cleaned up after the installation.

The independent installer assigned to my setup was great. Sebastian walked me through everything he was doing during setup and answered all my questions. He was very personable and patient with us.

The agents connected my TV all devices and made sure the remotes were synced. They set up the soundbar as well. They answered all of my questions, so I felt confident I could work it all after they left. I recommended the Geek Squad to a friend and they were also thrilled with the service.

Had Best Buy install 55 inch Sony tv. Install went well. Internet Connection set up with no problem. They demonstrated for me use of remotes. Made recommendation to get a new surge protector For TV and video player. There was some issue with connection and set up of sound bar which was related to set up of video player and was resolved by briefly disconnecting the player.

TV was installed, set up and ready to go within 20-30 minutes. No hassle! The agent also installed my DVD player and I was all set. I was relieved to not have the frustration and hassle of trying to set it up myself. Thanks Best Buy for taking the headache out of installing a new TV! I would highly recommend letting Best Buy do it all for you.

I thought that i could handle getting a couple of friends and setting this up by myself. Im so glad i didnt. The steup was done quickly and the signs of experience were obvious.

The agents called to say they were on the way and arrived within 5 minutes. They installed to my cable and tried to connect to the internet but they could not as I could not find my password (not their fault). Unfortunately the one installer showed me on the screen to look for setting when I retrieved the password and install onto the internet too. He did not show me on the controller what to push to bring the settings so I have not been able to connect to the internet. I do not mind though as I still can use the television on the cable.

The Geek Squad are fantastic. Set up TV and then explained how to work everything. I have had a Geek Squad service contract I think for about 10 years. They have been an excellent resource to help me with my digital short comings. Thanks Geek Squad.
