Ken was friendly and professional. Set up the wall bracket to my specification, hung the tv and hid the wires with the cover I purchased. The he set up my tv and dvd taking the time to explain how my system works. Set up and cleaned up, working very efficiently. Five stars…would definitely use again.

Great pair of Greek Squad agents! Courteous, efficient, friendly and they left no mess even drilling through sheet rock. I considered doing the job myself but I'm glad I didn't. It's not that easy to do especially when these agents know the tricks of the trade. They were awesome.

The guys that came out to install our new tv were so friendly and professional. They set it up exactly how I wanted, and showed me how to turn on and off our new tv. I Would highly recommend this service!

They not only securely hung my expensive purchase, but they made sure the operating system was up to date and all my other consoles, computer and dvd player were connected and working. We had a great experience with Geek Squad yet again when we relocated to Texas from Nevada. The guys were on time, professional and consulted with us down to the height of mounting our TV.

The Geek Squad guys too down the old tv and mount. They then installed the new mount, hung my new TV, connected everything and gave me a tutorial on the new TV and Remote. It took them less than an hour. A 75” TV mounted above the mantel of a stone fireplace. Less than an hour! No hassle! No aggravation! Well worth it to have a professional installation done!

The installer arrived on time and professionally mounted 2 televisions with accuracy. Professionally made sure televisions cable program and apps worked correctly. Did it all under 2 hours.

This Tv mount was the one that I used for my 65 inch Samsung QLED for our loft upstairs! It make the TV looks like it’s floating close to the wall! It’s look very good since it’s was professionally installed by the GSQUAD anyway! They made it quick every was cleaned up! No holes showing after it’s was all said and done

I purchased the top of the line tcl q58 98 inch tv after asking the techs at Best Buy what they recommend and tcl was not what they recommended for sports the picture was shuttled so I took it back with no problem I bought the Samsung they did recommend and now I’m a happy viewer the service and installation was excellent great service

Agents mounted my tv super fast and were extremely patient with my 5 year old who had endless questions. They even made sure to vacuum behind themselves to avoid my kids stepping on anything!

Went above and beyond to install a very heavy 85 inch tv in a second floor room on top of mounting a 65 inch curved tv as well. Everything looks amazing!

Guys were great! Were very knowledgeable on how to set up the tv. Mounted it PERFECTLY. I always am weary about hiring people because im scared it’ll come out bad, but no it came out just as i hoped. They even mounted the tv high enough so my stocking holders didnt overlap the tv!

All agents that arrived were courteous and pleasant. They installed everything extremely quick and safely. Even the trainee was awesome. Kudos to them!

I was hesitant to add the service but it was the best option for my tv frame. I don’t regret it at all
