What a great experience! The guys cam in mounted the tv and helped by programming and explaining all the features. Great service and I am so happy I am a Total Tech member. It’s well worth it

He communicated his arrival well and arrived within the estimated time. He got the tv installed quickly and answered any questions I had.

The agents really took the time to make sure it was in the perfect location and treated my home with respect. They made sure to keep it clean and cleaned up everything after. They also took the time to make sure I understood the TV options and setup.

When the agents arrived, they were unaware that I wanted the lines behind the wall. However, they said it wouldn’t be a problem and the would be able to do the job. All was going well until the cables wouldn’t feed thru the insulation. They worked VERY hard and they eventually finished the job. I can’t thank them enough for all they did.

Great and quick service they took about 20 mins to set up everything . Mr. Jason and the partner who came along with him were very great people at explaining everything and give recommendations they also did a great job at putting my TV up. Totally price reasonable and recommended!

Installers were timely, friendly and professional. They did a great job with the installation and explanation of operating the remote and all settings.

Being an elite Best Buy member my past experiences in terms of in-store customer services has always been stellar as employees are knowledgable and very responsive to customer needs/inquiries. However, third party vendor services(Not Geek Squad) such as hardware installations prove to be unreliable. My 5Mar2024 appt for install was missed after vendor tech sent two text messages, regarding 8am-11am installation window. I later recev'd a call from vendor 6hrs after install window to reschedule. At that time I decided to conduct the TV wall mount/install myself. Instructions were easy to follow. See attached photos.

The agent took care of my problem quick and efficiently. I requested that they do my next service work.

These guys came out on time ,did amazing job and cleaned up all the packing and even took a micro fiber cloth and wiped up fingerprints. Now that is a class act

Technicians were excellent. Set everything up, organized all the wiring and showed us how to use it.

Terrific guys wore shoe covers. Cleaned up when finished. Showed us how to use the big screen. Connected it to all our apps. Helped with all the various settings. Mounted the screen and soundbar and ran the cables in the wall so they are hidden from view. AND VACCUMED!

The two gentlemen who came to our how were knowledgeable in regard to where the T V should be placed. They worked efficiently and were done in under twenty minutes. We valued their hard work and professionalism.

Agent came and mounted TV looks amazing in and out in 20-30 minutes... made no mess and cleaned up behind themselves

TV was mounted above a fireplace in the middle of the home. The crew took their time and did an excellent job making sure everything was safe and correct. Very happy.
