There were 2 installers and one guy watching and going over how everything worked. He even fixed an issue with my other tv remote. I’m fairly pickie and hard to please, but these guys actually wowed me. Everything went well, tv hung precisely, cleanup and box plus trash removed. Even wore shoe covers.

The team that came to mount the tv was exceptional and professional. They got straight to business and helped out a lot with wiring everything to look neat. They were knowledgeable in every aspect and provided a pleasant experience that can usually be awkard having a stranger in your home. Advice on replacing outdated soundbar couldn't have been a better suggestion.

The agents came prepared with shoe covers and good manners which is sometimes packing these days. Mounted my TV securely and made sure I knew how to use the TV before leaving. Great service.

The installers called ahead to let us know they were on the way. They friendly, professional, and efficient. They had the mounting bracket installed, and TV mounted with in the hour of arrival. Well worth the money spent to have it done, I'll use them again when needed.

The two agents that installed my TV, wall mount, surround sound bar & mount were amazing!! They were very informative, professional but friendly!! I would highly recommend to everyone. I have them coming back for additional work!!!!

The one star is for the shoddy third-party installer. I selected “YES, I would recommend” local Geek Squad installers. My local guys were great. It’s a big fat NO to the third-party installer. They don’t give an option for non-Geek Squad installers. ASK FOR your local GEEK SQUAD installers ONLY! Best Buy Corporate hires third-party installers to cut costs. The third-party installer arrived at my house in an unmarked old, beat-up white Chevy cargo van. I had no idea who he was. He also came with his girlfriend, who was supposed to be the “other” installer. I had an 85” TV, and she couldn’t lift it to put it on the brackets. I had to do it. After a few weeks, the right side of the TV was 2-3” lower than the left side. The local Geek Squad came out the day after I enquired at my local store about the installation. When they took the TV off the wall, they were shocked to see what the brackets looked like. The third-party installer had one bracket in just the edge of a stud, and the other bracket was only screwed in drywall. The right bracket was at an angle, so it was slipping out of the drywall. He only used four screws out of the eight screws supplied. So my TV was falling off the wall. The left bracket was bent because it held most of the TV’s weight. From now on, I won’t accept any installs from your third-party installers. It doesn’t make sense that Best Buy would have someone drive to my house from 3-4 hours away when my local store is 5 minutes away.

I put a request to mount our TV weeks ahead of time. When the day came to finally mount our 85 inch TV, the company Best Buy worked with refused to mount it since they only had one worker, they said they’d call me back to reschedule and never did. So I called after day three of waiting and Best Buy says they can’t get anyone else out for another 2.5 weeks. The day finally arrived to mount our TV again. The same guy I had talked to about our previous shows up again ALONE! This was the same reason they rescheduled on us last time. We wait over an hour for someone to arrive to help him mount the TV. When they turn it on, a huge crack is revealed in the screen. When I ask them what happened, they shrug their shoulders and say there is nothing they can do. I’ve called Best Buy five separate times since the failed installation and get a different answer each time about my replacement TV. They now say it is out of stock and have no answer about when my new TV will arrive. So am I waiting weeks? Months? No TV.. just waiting for this company to get their act together? Horrible customer service. I do NOT recommend.

The Agents were very professional and courteous. They removed the old television and placed it where we wanted. They respected our home and our wishes, and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the work that was done.

Buying and Instalation went so smoothly my installer was on time Efficient and as neat as a pin you would never know he was here except the final result which went far beyond my expectations

They did an excellent job, but since I did not have my sound system yet, they did not know how much space to leave between the bottom of the screen and the top of my fireplace. Now the sound bar covers up part of my screen. I have not talked to them about this yet. I did tell them that I was buying a sound bar.

The geek squad technicians were right on the ball. They showed up, got right to work and didn't stop until everything was working perfectly and I knew how to operate my new TV. They were courteous, professional, respectful and cleaned everything up before they left. What great service!
