I had two agents working on my home theater set up (11 year old non smart tv) to see if we could get the Roku working with the entire home theater so I could get surround sound. It took a couple of hours, some head scratching and talking out loud by the agents but they figured it out. As a result I was able to "cut the cord" with Spectrum and am saving roughly $60 a month. So the money that I was charged for the Geek Squad service will pay for itself in less than 2 months. Both agents were very professional and courteous.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job of hooking all my electronics up and walked me through how to operate them, couldn’t be more pleased!

Jordan and Matthew were simply the best. They called ahead of time to confirm appt. When they arrived they were so nice. They got right to work and did an excellent job on the tvs. But, the most impressive thing was the following. My Mama is 96 years young. She is very up to date and not your typical 96 yr old. They took the time to teach her how to use the new system. At one time Matthew was down on one knee by her chair explaining the remote to her. They were just the sweetest and kindest to my Mama and myself. It was precious how kind they were to take the time with her. I have told all my friends and so has she. We recommend The Geek Squad to all. We called because my sister raved about Jordan and Matthew when they did her house. Thanks again guys!!

Agent determined what needed to be done and very quickly did the installation. He then determined that because we have a home theater setup the sound through Amazon Fire TV Stick would not go through our receiver. He told us we needed to get a newer version of Apple device and then everything would go through this way and we would have sound. He didn't know for sure if we would still need the Fire Stick but we left it plugged into the projector just in case! Overall a great experience with Geek Squad this time around.

The agents successfully troubleshot my tv's and successfully got them going, after a long period of non-use.

Checked all my devices to make sure everything was hooked up and working properly. Explained several things to me that were helpful in the working of my equipment.

I could not have asked for a better agent. His name was Edgar and he should be recognized for doing an outstanding job. My Order Number was 1122003519444. He help with the installation of my new DVD player and also syncing my sound/remotes which were out of whack for awhile because a cable box had recently died out and needed to be replaced. Once replaced, things were not working the same.

We purchased our new 83” Samsung television and needed help setting up the available apps on our tv screen. Rene from the Geek Squad was very helpful and polite. We are very pleased with the fast service we received through Best Buy Geek Squad. We highly recommend them.

Adam did a fine job delivering and installing our new TV. He called ahead to alert us that he was on his way. He was helpful in teaching us the features of the TV. He moved and connected the current tv to our bedroom. He was friendly and efficient.

The difference between having the actual Best Buy Geek Squad, and the third party indie installers is like the difference between Captain America and Captain Kangaroo. The Geek Squad guys, Cody and Kevin, did what I needed them to do, explained everything I needed to know, in terms I understood, without being condescending. They didn't seem to be in a hurry, and treated me with respect. Captain Kangaroo is fine, in his context. Not for my electronics.
