Nice Mic and it has a very cool appearance. You can plug your headphones into the headphone jack to monitor your sound level. It has an easy-to-use gain dial with lights. It also contains a feature to adjust for one person, two people across from each other, and a circular radius to capture all surrounding voices in a round table setting.
