Great bottom freezer Refrigerator

poor quality didn't last long

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this fridge was awful. the bottom freezer has a door not a drawer and is very awkward to access. the noise got louder and louder over time and then after 2 years it wasn't cooling properly. I had service come and was told to vacuum under the unit which i did, no joy. i changed the cooling settings in the main upper part and struggled to keep this safe until i could replace it. on the up side the freezer never failed. never again Whirlpool, and Best Buy.

Looks good in my kitchen and holds alot of food.

How do I return this product?????

Based on the picture (opening on the right) the fridge does NOT come opening on the right and the door handle CANNOT be switched like described. Best Buy had to come back out to try to take it apart but they could not do it. Now waiting for a new fridge that hopefully opens on the right but they cannot tell me before it gets delivered.
