    I am giving this 4 stars because installation was not easy. It is necessary for someone to be in the attic to install this hood. Our ceiling was not level so that created an issue. My husband ended up putting 4 screws in the 4 corners. It works looks and works great. I went back to see if there was a different option I might choose and there is not.

    LOVE IT! Our stove is in our island and I didn't want a big bulky range hood blocking the open concept of the kitchen/dining room. The Zephyr is sleek and you don't even notice it's there unless you look up. The remote control is very convenient and the LED lights light up the stove top very well and look really cool just by themselves. We got the 1100 CFM internal motor for 1/3 of the price of the inline motor which is more quite. Regardless, we love it and get a lot of compliments from our friends and neighbors. Highly recommend for those who need and want to maintain an open concept flow of their kitchen.

    No motor- difficult install

    Vent hood DOES NOT include motor, very difficult install. This bears mentioning- it isn’t explicitly stated in the description- you must buy a separate motor. Install takes at least 3 people, please note this as well because if Best Buy arranges the install they usually only send 1-2 man team. They will not vent it through the roof and you must have the cutout ready and the mounting bracket made because they will charge extra for that…. I had to have install rescheduled 7 times through Best Buy over the course of 3 months after multiple no shows and reschedules due to them not sending the right crew. Overall the manufacturer was helpful when I called, and Best Buy did make me whole with all the trouble I went through to get this thing installed- but it was a tremendous pain in the neck to get it accomplished. Keep the install and motor in mind if you decide to buy this item though.

    This vent is absolutely perfect for my kitchen, you do not even realize it's there and love that it is quiet when I'm use unlike those old vents that sound like an airplane. It's nice to have the remote and especially in at night you can leave the lights on for the ambiance in the room. It was totally worth the cost and recommend this to anyone who likes the clean look over their stove.

    Would have loved to experience the vent hood!! Unfortunately it was damaged in transit.... I really believe it would have been a great item.!

    We received the Zepher casing. It is damaged. Our renovation is being delayed because of the damaged Zepher. The box is not damaged so the damage was done before it was placed in the box. Greatly disappointing.
