A: My guess is they had pre-orders and it sold out instantly. Even on Amazon, It sold out instantly. It really sucks that there isn't enough supply to meet demand.
A: It doesn't have speakers. But it has a spot to hookup headphones or speakers.
Q: Can this monitor run 240hz on 2k or 1440p resolution?
A: No, the maximum standard refresh rate is 144 hz, but it does have a menu option to overclock it to 160 hz which I am running it on without issues. Keep in mind that refresh rate and frame rates are not the same.
