Q: QuestionI bought my computer brand new but I'm having many problems with it. Booting up the computer is very slow. Trying to run programs is impossible because the disk usage stays at 100 percent and the CPU usage goes up to 80%. What is causing this?

- A:Answer This could be caused by a myriad of things. Could be that the PC was not set up properly the first time. Suggest going to the ASUS app and redo initial setup. Bought mine about a month or so ago and it is working just fine. Other than that, might ask the Geek Squad for help.

Q: QuestionThe keyboard lettering is very difficult to see on this laptop. Asus suggested to another user to use an external keyboard or a keyboard skin. Can someone tell me where I can find a skin for this model?

- A:Answer I haven't found a skin the fits perfectly. I did find one on amazon that covers the keyboard the nimber pad is where it gets tricky. I cut the number section off.
