- Answer You can connect more than one but the length of time without AC will shorten so if you need to connect more than one get one with the highest rating you can afford.

- Answer I do not think this unit does any advanced power conditioning beyond a very simple (possibly) EMI filter. Even the surge protection is a VERY low level protection.

QuestionI have a power recliner that had a battery backup which ran on two 9 volt batteries, will this supply backup power when the power goes out so I do not get stuck in it again? (being handicapped it is not a fun experience trying to get out of the chair)

- Answer This UPS provides 120v AC power for a period of time when the electric power goes out. Since your original backup was only 2 9v batteries I would say there is enough battery power to lower your chair at least once
