- Answer I wouldn't hire them to haul anything away. You'll spend all day waiting for them, they'll show up, and have some excuse to not haul it away. Then they won't give you a refund unless you spend another day on the phone with customer service. Stay with some place local, that doesn't have customer service in India.

- Answer Yes, they will charge you for haul away and then refuse to do it. You won't get a refund either unless you spend about a day on the phone with customer service in India.

- Answer I contacted my salesperson at the store. He handled all changes efficiently. Very satisfied with how my saleperson was able to make my life easier. I cannot deal with making phone calls with automated messaging and menu-driven inefficiency. I need human contact.

- Answer Unfortunately you have to go through Customer Service to break up the original order and reschedule services. If you create separate orders to begin with, then you can adjust the schedules independently for each service.
