A:AnswerIt doesn't vent through the back. Any steam would come through the front or drain. Yes, if you want dry dishes, you need a rinse aid. It does make a difference if you use cheap dishwasher tabs- Finish works best for me. It will remind you when it;s time to refill the rinse aid chamber.

A:AnswerHi pAT Thank you for your question. A tall tub in our 24-inch dishwasher can fit more place settings in one load. Our tall tub dishwasher fits in the same space as a standard tub model even though its interior is larger top to bottom. The extra room allows it to hold dishes and pots in a wider range of sizes and shapes Here are the dimensions for this dishwasher. Overall appliance dimensions:(HxWxD) (in): 33 7/8" x 23 9/16" x 23 3/4". Required cutout size (HxWxD) (in) 33 7/8" x 24" x 24".
A:AnswerTo answer your question... There is no vent. Bosch traps the steam which is used to help dry your dishes, seeing as there is no electric heating element. If you open the door after it's done, (Warning!!! Really Hot Steam bath!!) who'll find the steam/ heat collected is doing its job. This actually does work and saves energy. Hope this helped. Bosch explains this better on their website. I own the Bosch - 100 Series 24" Front Control Tall Tub Built-In Dishwasher with Stainless-Steel Tub - Stainless steel
Model:SHE3AR75UC. 5 years and counting... No help calls yet... (but see my review).

A:AnswerThe connection is a standard hose bib. You can find an elbow adapter (garden hose - 3/8") at your local Home Depot/Lowes/etc.). Quite irritating they don't include the fitting with the DW, IMO!
A:AnswerHi 062063110367. Thank you for your question. It seems that the Child Lock may be activated. Here are the instructions for that feature. Child Lock NOTE; Only front-control models have Child Lock. 1.After starting a cycle you can activate the Child Lock. 2.Press and hold the C button until the display reads “CL” (models with display) or the “Child Lock” LED illuminates (models without display). NOTE: “CL” disappears from screen when button is released. 3.Child Lock is now active and buttons will not function, except On/Off. 4.To deactivate, press and hold the C button until the “Child Lock” LED turns off or “CL” disappears from the display. If this does not unlock the dishwasher, please contact our Customer Support Team at 1-800-944-2904.
A:AnswerOur installer told us that SANITIZE must be selected as well as the appropriate washing cycle in order to dry the dishes. I ran it once without sanitize and the dishes were damp but not soaking. The reason for this might be that if you are washing things that would be damaged by heat, you can still wash them without the dry cycle (and heat).
A:AnswerHi there, thank you for your question. We recommend installing the supply line to hot water instead of cold to insure proper energy efficient performance.
