• A:Answer Yes, you can disable auto shut off. 1. From the main " Copy Scan MyPresets" panel, select the gear at the bottom. 2. On the next panel, select Printer Settings. 3. On the Printer Settings panel select Other printer settings. 4. On the Other printer settings panel, scroll down and select Power Control. 5. On the Change Power Control panel, select Do not use power control. 6. You will be notified of the change and then use the return arrow button on the left of the panel a number of times to return to the mail panel.

• A:Answer Yes there is a webpage based in the printer. Microsoft also has a program to interface to the printer (Canon PRINT), downloadable using their Microsoft store. It is a nonintrusive program that does what is needed. The web interface does have some info that Canon PRINT does not show. To get to the printer's web page you'll need to know the printer's IP address on your local network. And NO "idiotic useless APP" is required - thank goodness.
