A:AnswerYour computer has to be connected to the 2.4Ghz network for the printer to work. I was connected to my 5Ghz network and the printer did not recognize my computer until I switched. I do have an older router and newer ones may not have this problem.
A:AnswerYes. This can be used without a wifi connection. BUT you will need to buy a cord that connects the computer to the printer. Not sure what it is called, but I have included a photo. This was an old cord from my last HP printer. Works like a charm.
