This is not a sublimation printer. I think I did read that there were 3rd partiy inks for that purpose, but I assume that will void the warranty.

The funny thing is that I've never had an issue when printing from any of my apple devices which includes both iPhone's and iPad's. I'm still troubleshooting my issues as I had a similar issue w/ my old HP inkjet printer which was part of my reason for updating my printer. As far as the ET-8500 Tankless Printer, WE LOVE IT!
