The EcoTank ET-5850 is primarily designed for home and light-office document printing, but if you use Epson photo or photo matte paper and set it to high quality, the ET-2800 prints good photos. QuestionWhat is the difference in the ecotank inks? I have a supply of 502 and my new printer is 5800

- Answer I also have the 502 ink bottles per a geek squad person. They told me that it's the one to use. So, WHY in the heck doesn't the printer have the colors in EVERY tank right now? I tried filling each tank and it looks like that every color is full. WHY isn't it printing all the colors correctly???

- Answer NEVER had a problem with paper jams.....the newer models take all printer paper. Think jams previously in older models only took certain types of printer paper. The newer models will take any paper types.
