• windows 10 OS you can do same as a smartphone, you can get app and then do it through the computer.

• The vivosmart HR can pair with a computer in order to sync data with Garmin Connnect. You would use the included changing cable and a program called Garmin Express. Visit www.garmin.com/express for more information.
