- Answer For the most part, as long as the dimensions will allow the air conditioner to physically fit in the window, you can install this unit in any type of window. However, we only provide instructions for standard double hung windows, so it will be up to the installer to make sure the unit is secure, air tight, and installed correctly.

While our air conditioners are designed to eliminate condensation from the cooling process, it is possible for excess condensation to collect in the internal drain pan. This is more likely to occur during extended periods of high humidity. The air conditioner will alert you to the need to drain the indoor pan. We hope you find this helpful.
