    • Answer While this air conditioner is considered "ultra quiet", it still makes noise from the fan and compressor working in tandem to cool your space.

  • QuestionI have a couple of years older version of this air conditioner, but had to leave the drain hole open constantly to drain in a bucket. It appears this has not been rectified?

    • Answer It is normal for condensation to build up in air conditioners. It is recommended to install them tilted slightly outwards to ensure that they drain outdoors. If you'd like, you can view more on this on page 8 of the use and care manual. We appreciate you checking with us!

    • Answer The running amps for this air conditioner will be listed on the rating plate of the unit itself. This unit requires a 115/120-volt AC, 60-Hz grounded outlet protected with a 15-amp time-delay fuse or circuit breaker for installation. You can view more on the electrical requirements on page 9 of the Use and Care manual on the product page.
