A:AnswerI have the same problem. I need to move here and move there. It should have been developed to be much easier. The instruction book is no help as whomever wrote the book is not over 50 -- that's for sure.
Interesting how you market your phone those 55+ -- and then you have a 20-year-old techy write the instruction book!!
I would be interested to hear a short more normal way to delete also.
A:AnswerYes, you can transfer your photos from the Jitterbug Flip2 to your personal PC by using the USB charging cable included with the phone. For additional assistance, please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632.
A:AnswerI do not believe this phone is "carrier specific". I bought it for my mom and she is using it on Verizon. They set it up on Verizon at the store. She was on Verizon on her old phone before we purchased this phone.
A:AnswerThe only way I could do it was to put a mini SD card in the other flip phone, copy it to a computer, change its format to csv, and then semi-manually upload it to the lively website. I was unable to copy it directly from the SD card.

A:AnswerThe answer is No! I tried this for my mother after she dropped & broke her flip phone through her Verizon contract. Took it directly to Verizon after purchasing and they tried to activate because they couldn’t see why not, because it’s also through Verizon, but they could not. It’s somehow a totally different prepay Verizon set up? You’re stuck with the Lively prepay that is carried w/ Verizon.
A:AnswerThank you for your question. The Lively Flip phone can only send a text message to one contact at a time and does not have the option to send group messages.
A:AnswerGreat question! The Lively phones are unlocked per nationwide standards, but we cannot control which carriers choose to accept or activate our phones internationally. Lively phones were specifically designed to work on the Lively network which is powered by the nation’s largest and most dependable wireless network. Lively's award winning U.S. based support and Urgent Response service is only available on the Lively network. Lively offers a variety of affordable plans which can be viewed at our webpage.
