A:AnswerYes these pedestals fit great. We bought these to use with the exact same washer and dryer set. We bought in store and the sales person didn't even mention that they were Maytag brand. Sturdy, flexible storage, and they look great.
A:AnswerIs it unconventional for you to answer your own question? Well here I go. They do fit. After getting the negative response of the mounting was totally different we compared the tops of these with the tops of recommended pedestals and they seemed to match perfectly so we bought them. Attached them and they fit perfectly.

A:AnswerHi Hopefeb1481, the pedestal with storage drawer needed for your model is XHPW155DW. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool appliances!
A:AnswerDear Customer:
Although the older pedestals will fit the new Whirlpool front load washers (and visa versa), the older pedestals' visual design and colors will not match the newer washers. This will be quickly visible in the look of the older pedestal front not lining up aesthetically with the new washer (and visa versa).
You may contact our Consumer Direct Sales at 800-442-9991 research or discuss your pedestal options in more detail. Parts Specialists are available weekdays from 8am to 8pm EST.

A:AnswerI have this pedestal for my Whirlpool Dryer, not a washer. Best Buy's Chat online is the source of my finding this compatible pedestal and I am sure they would be the best source to tell you which washer is also compatible for it. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerYes it does not get hit down there. You have 2 layers of metal also between dryer. I store dryer sheet and other stuff down there including washer pods.
A:AnswerDear Consumer:

A:AnswerDear SK:
Dryer WGD9200SQ1 accepts the current pedestal option XHP1550WR. However, although the older pedestals will fit the new Maytag and Whirlpool front load washers (and visa versa), the older pedestals' visual design and colors will not match the newer washers. This will be quickly visible in the look of the older pedestal front not lining up aesthetically with the new washer (and visa versa).

A:AnswerNot for sure there are pre-drilled holes in the bottom of the dryer that the screws go into the hole the base onto the bottom of the dryer also the feet of the dryer fit on the rubber washers on top of the base you have to measure all this
A:AnswerI think it will fit. Here are the exterior dimensions of the base of my washing machine. Check your fitment. Facing the front of my washing machine, the base of my washing machine sitting atop the pedestal measures 27” wide. Facing the front of the washing machine, the base of the washing machine measures 25 3/4” from the front to the rear. If your machine is within these dimensions it will fit.
A:AnswerProbably cannot use the pedestal for a different washer and dryer, especially since it's a different manufacturer. Double check with an appliance sales person. When I replaced a 6-year-old Samsung washer with a new Samsung washer, the sales person told me I could use the same pedestal, but when the delivery people were removing the old machine, they took the whole washer/pedestal unit out. I protested and said I wanted to use the same pedestal. They showed me that the pedestal would not attach correctly to the new machine. Then I called Best Buy to complain about the misinformation the store employee had given me. I spent hours of frustration going around and around with Best Buy regarding the situation. Bottom line was that if I wanted the new washer on a pedestal, I had to buy a new pedestal. Just replaced the Samsung dryer with the Maytag dryer, and I bought the pedestal that comes with it. It seems that if you spend $200+ for a pedestal with no moving parts or electrical components, they should make the attachment parts universally compatible, but they apparently they do not. I guess it's part of the "Gotcha" sales business.
A:AnswerMetallic Slate and Chrome Shadow are the same. My washer was listed as Metallic Slate and my dryer as Chrome Shadow yet having them side-by-side in my house it's apparent they're the same color.
