• A:Answer Yes you can right click. It does have a quirk where you have to lift your index finger to right click but apparently I had always done that as a habit anyways since it never bothered me when I got this mouse.

• A:Answer Looks to me like it works with any windows device that supports Bluetooth.... not limited to only surface devices. I.E. any brand computer that had Bluetooth and runs windows 10/8.1
