Go to Account → Plans & Subscriptions 3. Select your membership (My Best Buy Plus or Total) 4. Choose Manage Membership 5. Turn off Auto-Renew or select Cancel Membership and follow the prompts If the app or website gives an error, call Best Buy directly at 1-888-237-8289 and ask them to disable renewal.

We will notify you typically 30 days prior to renewal if you wish to cancel at that time. Additionally, we do offer the ability to cancel the membership after renewal, for either a full refund or prorated refund, depending on certain criteria.
