Q: QuestionMy PC is sometimes crashing and my printer is offline, how much will this service run? I mean should I just buy a new one?When I moved my printer never went back online with my computer and it crashes from time to time and has become very slow. I bought them together and they are now over 4 years old. By the look of how much it costs to get the geek squad to help, if they help, I am wondering if anyone can advise me if it is just wiser to buy a new system. I spent over a thousand dollars for this system, for a little over four years it just seems expensive for it to all go in the trash now. But I don't want to be billed 2 or 3 hundred dollars and still end up with a slow computer and a printer that isn't online! Anyone have any advice? Signed, NON-GEEK ENTITY

Q: QuestionMy computer is running very slow, it takes awhile to load programs, keystrokes are delayed when typing sometimes... would a tune up be a way to help these problems? Not sure how much memory is being used, maybe that is the problem? Help!

Q: QuestionDoes Geek Squad physically deep clean PCs? My PC was pre-built in late 2015 & I’ve used it since January 2016. Never has been cleaned once. Still works of course but I’d like it to run nice & clean like new. I’m not confident doing it myself.
