It then drops down to a plywood floor base under the counter. Is the Samsung tall tub feature a problem with a tight installation? • Thank you for the question. I can't speak to other manufacturers' products, but I can tell you that the minimum height of Samsung's DMT400 is 33-7/8", which leaves only 1/8" to maneuver the dishwasher into place. Once the dishwasher is in position, the DMT400 does have the side-mounting option necessary for your granite countertops. I would suggest contacting your local Best Buy appliance or installation team for more information. - Ms. Samsung
