  • QuestionWe bought this stove about 4 weeks ago- it makes a loud buzzing sound when the oven is on. Is this normal?

    Asked by SLCM.

  • QuestionHow do you disable these silly safety functions? How do I broil a steak if I can't leave the door open without it shutting off???? Totally stupid and way way over engineered.

    Asked by Froggy.

    • Answer Hi there, Froggy! We really appreciate you sharing your thoughts on this range. The safety of our customers is very important to us. Because the oven is capable of producing so much heat, the safety feature that shuts the oven off when the door is left open cannot be turned off. ^Jecca

  • QuestionWhat happens to the liquid if a pot boils over does it go down the front sides and back?

    Asked by Interested.

    • Answer Thant's an interesting question. While we would definitely recommend trying to clean up any spills as soon as they happen, this likely would not cause any permanent damage to the unit. Depending on what the liquid was that spilled over, it will likely dry on the outside of the unit if it is not cleaned up immediately. ^Jecca

  • QuestionDoes this stove need a vent hood over it or does the back vent suffice?

    Asked by Jessica.

    • Answer Specification of this stove in Best Buy says this stove is not capable of doing a downdraft as it lacks downdraft ventilation. However I see that Samsung's response little misleading for this question. The answer seem to be more generic than for this specific stove.
