A:AnswerI'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. Please check the leveling of your RF4287 to make sure it is perfectly level from side to side. If necessary, adjust the height of the door using the included fastener rings to ensure the vertical hinged flap is aligned with the channel guide at the top of the refrigerator. If the problem persists, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG for further assistance.
Thank you,

A:AnswerYes, It does. The light has come on to replace the filter actually. Thing is we have a reverse osmosis system that already filters the water before it hits the fridge. I can't imagine what the fridge does beyond what our RO system does. If I were you, I would contact your local water company distributor and ask about a RO system, we have one and it goes to our sink as well and you get endless water for the one time charge of an RO system. You end up losing that 5 gallon water thing and give yourself more room in your kitchen or wherever you have the water cooler.
A:AnswerThank you for your interest in the Stainless Platinum RF4287. Not all products are available in all finishes, and availability of particular models and finishes can vary over time depending on consumer demand, both actual and anticipated. It appears this model is currently available on the Best Buy website, so if you're unable to process the order please contact 888-BEST BUY for assistance. If you find it is not currently available, I would suggest choosing another color, or a different model that is currently available in Stainless Platinum, because I can't tell you whether the RF4287HAPN will become available in the future.

A:AnswerYour Fridge should not be noticably slanted back. It should look level. As far as the door closing, the slant should be just enough up (or tilting back) to allow the door to close slowly. Some Fridges, like mine, have a "stop" in the door that will not allow it to close if it is slanted...If kind of "sticks" at the halfway point. Eitherway, you should not notice the slanting. Most Fridges have a tool that comes with it so you can adjust the feet. I bet if you get down and look, yours will too. Let me know how it works out.
A:AnswerI recall mine having it on a seperate piece of paper in the fridge....I also think that it is on the filter itself. Pull the filter out and look at it...See if it is on the filter.
A:AnswerThank you for the question. The Flex Zone Drawer in the RF4287HARS actually gets its cold air from the freezer, which enables the colder temperatures without the humidity. This also allows for a faster temperature adjustment when changing from one setting to another.

A:AnswerThank you for your interest. Samsung does not currently make a side by side refrigerator less than 35-3/4" wide, and the narrowest French Door we have available is 32-1/4" wide.

A:AnswerThey hooked up the water line for us, moved our old main refrigerator to the garage, and hauled away our old garage frig. All of that was done for no charge. Best Buy has a very good home delivery program for appliances and TVs. We have used them many times.
A:AnswerThe case depth of the RF4287HARS is 29-7/8", so it will be a tight fit if your doorway is exactly 30". The power cord and water lines are attached to the back of the fridge and are not included in the case depth measurement.
Instructions for removing and reattaching the doors are in the User Manual, which can be downloaded from Samsung's website. To fit through your narrow doorway, you will probably need to remove the drawer rails entirely, rather than just the fronts. Here's how:
1. Open the freezer drawer and remove the upper "Auto Pull-Out" drawer by lifting it up and pulling it toward you.
2. Locate the white plastic release buttons located toward the rear of the metal freezer drawer railing on both the right and left side (see attached photos).
3. Pull the freezer drawer out while pressing the release buttons (you may need a second person to help with this step). The entire drawer and railing should pull out together.
4. To reassemble, just align and slide the drawer rail back onto the track, being sure to push it in the entire way so the buttons lock back in place, then replace the upper bin, too. If the black metal indexing rod comes loose, please refer to the product's Troubleshooting Guide on Samsung's website for instructions on how to replace it.
5. The Flex Zone Drawer rail can be removed in the same manner as above.
Thank you,
