- Answer If you have Geek Squad you can do it over the phone or take it to a Best Buy Geek Squad location. Coming to your house will cost you money.

- Answer You simply need to call the store and talk to the Geek Squad to set up an appointment for a time on Nov. 22. Then bring your computer in at your appointed time and describe your difficulties. It probably will be necessary to leave your computer with the Geek Squad for a few days.

- Answer My experience was they ran into some challenges with mine, asked some questions, and were able to get my hard drive completely duplicated. Complete pros. So I can’t answer your question as they got the task done despite obstacles!
