  • QuestionI have a problem. The case's fully charged, when i put the buds back into the case and leave them for few mins and check up on the case i find it empty. When i put it back on the charger for seconds it's fully charged again!! What to do about this??

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists: -Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Liberty & Liberty L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth. -Reset the earbuds using the following steps: -Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open. -Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times. --> After the reset you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together. -Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty (not Liberty L) and pair the device to see if that worked. -Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same. Note: When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.   • QuestionMy earphones work just fine but whenever somebody calls me, I can’t hear them on my earphones. I have to disconnect to talk but after that they work when I go back to whatever I was doing. Is there a way I could fix this?

    • Answer Not all earbuds are the same also not everyone ears are the exact same. So, some might be better for small ears and some not. This Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2, is best for medium ear size. If your ear is big... it will fall out. if your ear is small.. it wont fit. This one is a medium size earbud.

    • Answer Yes these headphones work with pretty much anything. I have them bluetoothed to my computer and iphone and iPad so far. They work flawlessly for me. Just have to read the directions carefully and get the paired right and with the main headphone first.

  • QuestionCan someone tell me how to turn OFF the noise cancelling feature? I can't find it in the instructions or online info. I want to wear them and still hear outside sound. I cannot find a way to turn off the ANC. If unable to turn it off, they are useless.

    • Answer These do not have ANC, your hearing is possibly blocked because the buds rubber tips are creating a seal in your ear. Maybe try just using one bud at a time and leaving one ear free. Apple air pods have a feature where the Mic on them allows you to listen to the outside world while you listen to music etc. That could be what you need. It’s called live listen. Anker does have a Pro version of these coming this month. Maybe they will have a similar feature.
