A:Answer Yes, the product is designed to record in stereo. Try reversing the RCA audio cables on the side of the VIDBOX capture device (do not change cable positions on the camcorder's end). If this switches the side that audio comes out of, then this means only one of the audio cables is actually delivering audio to the VIDBOX unit. If it does not switch the side that audio comes out of, then it could mean that the VIDBOX capture device itself has a non-functioning audio port. In that case, please exchange the product at the store.
