Matthew and his assistant were top notch!!! Very knowledgeable and had my new receiver set up to my home entertainment system in no time!! They went above and beyond to assure quality customer service!!!

David did an excellent job setting up and optimizing my new Denon receiver. My only issue was that Best Buy frustrated both of us because we couldn't make a $30 Best Buy coupon work for the new $40 HDMI cable he had to use. This was not David's fault, as he tried admirably to apply it. Crazy to have a promotion that makes you frustrated, detracting from the otherwise stellar installation.

Best Buy team continues to Excel. Always very thorough and complete and their evaluation of home system needs. Thank you for all you do.

The Techs were able to get all my components identified and working within a matter of minutes. They also explained what they were doing during each step. I was able to write out a nice list as a reminder on how to use the remote controls. A great job indeed!

Connected old receiver with new TV. Ran out of time to complete everything

I had purchased a new set of speakers for my living room and needed them hooked up. I also wanted my TV mounted on a swivel so I could fit the center speaker underneath without it blocking the screen. The guys at geek squad came in and did everything I asked. They ensured that I was satisfied with the work before leaving. I am very happy with the service!

The two members of the Geek Squad did an excellent job in removing my old television and setting up my/ new television on my wall. They were friendly, patient, helpful and answered all of my questions. I did have a question after they left. I called them and they returned to answer my question and rectify my problem. Good job!

Installation of two tv's and hook up of stereo system and whole house speaker system went smoothly. Very knowledgeable and patient techs.

Dillian from geek squad did a great job setting up my Sony surround sound system. He connected it to my tv and set it up to work from my tv remote control so when I turned on tv the receiver also came on and also the volume works from the tv remote control. He also took time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood how to work everything before leaving. He also gave me his cell number in case I had any questions.

The agents figured out which wiring was working and which wires were not needed for our sound system, They reset our configuration of our controller and made our entertainment set much easier to use. Excellent work-Very professional.

Aaron Gray and crew were on the top of their game when they installed my 7.2 channel sound system. He was meticulous with his connections and routine installment of my speakers throughout the house and on the patio. When it came to connecting to Alexa, Aaron explained all the connections and helped me connect to Alexa. He explained everything beautifully and left his number in case of any problems. On a basis of 1-10, I give Aaron and his crew an easy 10 (10 being excellent). What an invaluable asset to the Geek Squad.

Bought a new TV and the excisting surround sound Onkyo receiver had a thermal error since Covid but worked fine. Nicole & Robert recommended a Denon which they went to Best Buy (less than a mile away) to get, billed remotely and installed. Because of a Comcast problem needing a new cable box in the middle of this, Nicole returned later to ensure the cable box resolved the surround sound issue and answer any questions. So pleased.

As a Total Tech member this was FREE to me. The guys who came buy were nice. Things did take a little longer than they planned...they did take some shortcuts, but this service is very worth it. At one point they didn't solve my situation as promised. Wires were exposed and looked ugly. I have to call the store a couple times, BUT ultimately they came back and fixed everything. Very worth it. My only comment, if you are not 100% happy, let them know.

They were super knowledgeable and taught me a few things about my receiver I never knew. Would use them again for sure.
