The agents connected my streamer/dac/preamp to my amplifier on the opposite side of the fireplace by snaking the XLR cables through the cavity behind the fireplace. They were clearly knowledgeable and experienced and completed the connection efficiently and appropriately. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I was so frustrated trying to setup my surround sound that I finally caved and called the Geek Squad. They arrived on time and both Tristen and Kevin assured me they could set it up for me. They nailed it and we are happy again. We're totally enjoying the system and are happy Geek Squad customers.

Ken Gage installed my Yamaha Advantage receiver to replace old receiver. Connected to existing LG75" t.v. And explained all the new features I can utilize. We can still remember how to change using all remotes. Smart, nice gentleman. Thanks Ken!

The agents figured out which wiring was working and which wires were not needed for our sound system, They reset our configuration of our controller and made our entertainment set much easier to use. Excellent work-Very professional.

David did an excellent job setting up and optimizing my new Denon receiver. My only issue was that Best Buy frustrated both of us because we couldn't make a $30 Best Buy coupon work for the new $40 HDMI cable he had to use. This was not David's fault, as he tried admirably to apply it. Crazy to have a promotion that makes you frustrated, detracting from the otherwise stellar installation.

Geek Squad members - Kyle and Aaron - set-up unused speakers for my TV and music listening. They did an excellent job of hook-ups. Audio is now so much better with the addition of these speakers. They also recommended locations for these speakers to provide the best audio. They also changed the remote to turn on/off simultaneously the receiver and the TV. Kyle and Aaron were professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with their work.

My DVD player was not working properly and would not show a picture on the TV screen. I recently added a new router and thought that it might have been the problem. After numerous failed attempts to get the DVD to work, I then decided to call the professional Geek Squad. He was there about 10 minutes and told me it was set up ok, but I needed a new DVD Player. I was surprised because it was only 4 years old. I did get a new one and I’m up and running. Thanks to the Greek Squad.

I had purchased a new set of speakers for my living room and needed them hooked up. I also wanted my TV mounted on a swivel so I could fit the center speaker underneath without it blocking the screen. The guys at geek squad came in and did everything I asked. The two members of the Geek Squad did an excellent job in removing my old television and setting up my/ new television on my wall. They were friendly, patient, helpful and answered all of my questions. I did have a question after they left. I called them and they returned to answer my question and rectify my problem. Good job!
