The Geek Squad technician connected and tested my DVD player very quickly and seamlessly. Please note, this was a DVD player rather than a receiver, as was printed on my trouble ticket.

My DVD player was not working properly and would not show a picture on the TV screen. I recently added a new router and thought that it might have been the problem. After numerous failed attempts to get the DVD to work, I then decided to call the professional Geek Squad. He was there about 10 minutes and told me it was set up ok, but I needed a new DVD Player. I was surprised because it was only 4 years old. I did get a new one and I’m up and running. Thanks to the Greek Squad.

The installers did an amazing job, considering that part of my home theater (cassette player and record player) was damaged by water on December 28, 2022. They gave me specific instructions of what would be needed to complete installation. I want them to return!

I can't say enough great things about Brian. He called 1-2 days ahead of time both days he was scheduled to come to my home letting me know what time he would arrive. He was thorough, professional and set up my entertainment center precisely as I wanted him to. I am very satisfied and will recommend him and your service to all of my friends.

The first two guys came out got the system running and then a week later it crashed. The young woman who came out on Sunday did an awesome job of taking her time to diagnose the situation then solving the problem she rechecked and made sure everything worked,

The agent reset my whole system which had been knocked out by an electrical spike even though I have a Panamax MR5100 surge protector. He was very friendly and made the reboot painless.

The squad was very professional and knowledgeable. They took great care of my install.

I was surprised as it was a new team of agents completing the job and they did well with minimal "catch-up" time or fumbling. All components are now in place and functioning. The cables and adaptors noted above were used to good effect. The residual problem is the failure, to date, to remove the old equipment.
