Programmed smart remote but could no connect with Spectrun DVR.

The agents were on time, professional, vacuumed up the dust bunnies, and tested everything before they left. They also took the old equipment and cords for recycling

From start to finish the geek squad and Will especially, who was the member of the geek squad who came to my house, were nothing but as professional as they could be! Will really worked so tirelessly hard to make my stereo wa just right! He made sure it was installed right and went way out of his way to make sure I knew how to operate everything. He was polite and very courteous to me. But basically the man worked hard to solve any problems that came his way. Then he made sure that I knew if I had any issues at all that I was to get ahold of him and he would immediately correct or help me if I didn’t understand something. I mean, what more can you ask of someone or the company the representative? I don’t know what Best Buy is paying the man but Will deserves a big raise because he did them and Best Buy a heck of a representation! I will never forget this absolutely wonderful experience and I will absolutely tell people to go through Best Buy and the geek squad for all your tech jobs!! The technicians installed all the equipment for my CD player.

Very knowledgeable and friendly technician. It would be a five-star rating except for the fact that the height speakers were reversed when connected. I accept part of that b/c my calibration software needed an update. I would absolutely use him again.

Brendan was FANTASTIC! He knew how to set up all of my many audio components and connect them all thru my audio receiver using my Apple TV remote.
