The service technician was very professional. He responded to all questions and concerns I had with the product I bought and did a very good job installing the product in a timely manner.

Very knowledgeable and friendly technician. It would be a five-star rating except for the fact that the height speakers were reversed when connected. I accept part of that b/c my calibration software needed an update. I would absolutely use him again.

The geek squad did a great job. I used to set up stereos and hi fi by myself but the complexity has surpassed my abilities. They connected by new Marantz AVR to my TV, to my new KEF speakers, balanced it all and we couldn't have been more plead with the result

The agent was professional from start to finish. Even before he got there i received a call to let me know he was on his way. He answered all of my questions and made sure all of the home theater equipment was installed to my liking.

Brendan was FANTASTIC! He knew how to set up all of my many audio components and connect them all thru my audio receiver using my Apple TV remote.

Ryan A. did a great job setting up our home audio systems. Our new home had only the built-in speakers and nests of wiring. The GS team helped us select the right equipment, no more...no less than what we needed to make it all work. Saved us many thousands compared to other quotes we got and was delivered and installed on time, no surprises.

The 2 Geek Squad Techs, James and José, were outstanding! From the unpackageing of the components being installed, to working up and consulting with me the layout of how everything was going to be installed, to the cleanup and the simplified explanation as to how everything works was every bit professional. I would definitely ask for James and José if I needed any electronic setup and I will tell my neighbors, family members and friends about them. I must also add Alex's name to this review for taking the time to listen to my wife and I as to what we were looking for and showing us different TV models and sizes that would be best for us. Also setting up the sound room so we could listen to different speakers and subwoofers. Then there's John who came to our house and expertly directed us towards the sound system we needed. And it sounds awesome. I can't forget to add Will and his coworker, whose name I don't remember, for the professional installation of all the televisions. Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk with and they all get 5 stars from me. Thank you Best Buy.

Our system hadn’t had a checkup in over a year, while having to reset up several Cox TV boxes. We were constantly being bothered with failures. Our Best Buy Geek Squad had us back up and running clean in less than 30 minutes. THANKS GUYS!!!

Our service technician (Edgar) was very knowledgeable, conscientious, and thorough. He called before to let me know when he would be there. Everything went very smoothly and he tested everything and cleaned up afterwards. He was also good about telling me exactly what he had done. He really did a great job.

Wow! This couldn't have been any easier. We bought a new 75" TV and receiver and needed help with the receiver. It was pretty technical and after our Geek Squad guy showed up, he took over and we were amazed. He was quick, quiet and knowledgeable. We wouldn't hesitate to have them set up any more of our new equipment. Thanks!

Programmed smart remote but could no connect with Spectrun DVR.

The agents installed our new receiver and connected other devices for surround sound. They kept us in the loop about what they were doing. Completed job in a timely manner.

Agent connected projector via Firestick to AV Receiver. Point to note: confirm standard of AV Receiver & Firestick. Despite equipment being 4K capable AV Receiver was not. All good at the end of the day. Commendations to Shanna.
