The technician set up the TV and routed and connected all speakers. They then tested everything and made adjustments to the speakers and receiver so that every was synchronized. Very professional and helpful!!

The service technician was very professional. He responded to all questions and concerns I had with the product I bought and did a very good job installing the product in a timely manner.

The installer wasn't familiar with my product and raninto the same difficulties I ran into when I tried to install it. The manual is poorly written to try to work with an external amp. The installer finally found step not detailed in the manual for which I am grateful. I would not recommend this receiver. But was happy with the installer.

The agents were on time, professional, vacuumed up the dust bunnies, and tested everything before they left. They also took the old equipment and cords for recycling

The staff at Best Buy have installed all of my electronic products. They are very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Anytime I purchase new electronic products I always welcome them into my home for installation of whatever the new product requires.

The agent was professional from start to finish. Even before he got there i received a call to let me know he was on his way. He answered all of my questions and made sure all of the home theater equipment was installed to my liking.

Both times having used the geek squad service members have nothing but good things to say. From the initial install setup to the addition of two more surround speakers that I called for another set up install all team members were very friendly and also gave a lot of insight regarding the systems functions. If anything is ordered in the future will definitely be calling the geek squad for install.

Best Buy geek squad service people are very personable, knowledgeable and careful while installing and doing stuff with your system. Wouldn’t have anybody else work on my home theater thank you Best Buy and geek squad.

From start to finish the geek squad and Will especially, who was the member of the geek squad who came to my house, were nothing but as professional as they could be! Will really worked so tirelessly hard to make my stereo wa just right! He made sure it was installed right and went way out of his way to make sure I knew how to operate everything. He was polite and very courteous to me. But basically the man worked hard to solve any problems that came his way. Then he made sure that I knew if I had any issues at all that I was to get ahold of him and he would immediately correct or help me if I didn’t understand something. I mean, what more can you ask of someone or the company the representative? I don’t know what Best Buy is paying the man but Will deserves a big raise because he did them and Best Buy a heck of a representation! I will never forget this absolutely wonderful experience and I will absolutely tell people to go through Best Buy and the geek squad for all your tech jobs!!
