Yeah it's reading greetings Geek Squad. Please know the people you have sent me have been exemplary. I am disabled and they have come and fix things very quickly. They're polite and knowledgeable in amazing ways and helpful. They allow me to get back to my writing as fast as I possibly can. Many times I have deadlines and of course the computer or something breaks and I appreciate when they fix it they're the best in every way I can think and say and I thank them my best JBG

The Geek Squad was very thorough in trying to solve my surrond sound issue. The problem ended up being my Xumo device and not my sound equipment.

The agents did a great job. However I do not understand why I had to pay to have the speakers imbedded into the walls when that is what I needed to have done. The speakers were actually mounted onto preexisting hooks. As far as I am concerned the price that I paid was exhorbitant and I doubt that I will have Best Buy install anything in the future.

Jason and the Geek Squad never cease to amaze me! They’re so helpful, knowledgeable and personable. We were able to get my issue resolved and happily made a new purchase to enhance our outdoor entertainment experience. Can’t wait for the next appointment!

All of the Best Buy agents have been knowledgeable and done a great job with installing. Wes went above and beyond getting additional patio speakers set up. Will use certainly use geek squeak again.

The agents were very helpful with hooking up our TV to the sound system. They also gave us some helpful information and answered all our questions. It was definitely worth the charge!

The Geek Squad Agents installed my new AV amp and cable connections to an existing TV quickly and efficiently. They adjusted all of the AV and TV settings and ran thru all of the system settings to demonstrate that all settings were correct for optimum system performance. The agents were very knowledgeable about system settings and adjustments. I will award Best Buy and the Geek Squad Agents with 5 stars for their work.

The Geek Squad installed the speakers to my new receiver very quickly and gave me the instructions to hear music in the other zone of the receiver using the WiFi. They verified that all the speakers were working..
