The Geek squad tech knew his stuff! He set up my new Onkyo receiver to include connecting it to all components and my Fire Stick remote. Most importantly he showed me how to use everything!!

As always we received excellent service! The team was able to very patiently help my husband who hates technology!!!

I'm pleased with my Yamaha Receiver, it's pretty top of the line and have no major complaints. The only issue I find is that this system is located in the basement Rec Room and the reception of certain radio stations can get interference. A better antenna can resolve this problem and I wish this item was included had I known ahead time, other than that it's sounds great. There is a bit of learning to get the get the system to work for other devices (phono, TV, CD plater) which comes with time, but that is normal. My Geek Squad agent gave me the run down and the info was helpful to get up and running, time and practice is all it takes. It would be helpful if the agent had me try operating the system while he watched, hands on is a good learning practice.

The techs were here to update our audio system settings after going to Spectrum. They were very meticulous and made sure they maximized the capabilities of the components.

Setup guys were excellent. Did great jobs and explained operation in detail. Gave a few extra tips as well. made themselves available for follow-up call.

Ever thing installed and connected and working correctly

The agents did a great job. However I do not understand why I had to pay to have the speakers imbedded into the walls when that is what I needed to have done. The speakers were actually mounted onto preexisting hooks. As far as I am concerned the price that I paid was exhorbitant and I doubt that I will have Best Buy install anything in the future.

Knowledgeable Geek Squad Staff Installed my TV and AV device’s quickly and correctly ! They did an exceptional job putting together my devices and wireless surround sound unit , connecting it to the speakers.

The initial installation was GREAT. Phil, with the Geek squad was very efficient and did a great job. However, once we were viewing the TV after a few days, we realized that the TV needed to be raised. So, the Geek Squad came back and raised it. However, when that was done, the headphones that were hooked up must have gotten disconnected. We have called several times to get them reconnected to no avail. Also, the 55" TV was too large for the Bedroom, so it was returned that day. We purchased a new smaller one and it was delivered by truck and still has not been hooked up. We were so pleased with all the initial installations and still waiting to have someone reconnect the head phones and set up the bedroom TV. Please help - we are technically challenged and not able to do these things.

They were professional and efficient in mounting our TV and adding our new receiver /equipment. Explained how everything worked. Very pleased with them.
