Alexander did a great job. He explained what he was doing and gave us a thorough explanation of how to make the system work.

My old receiver did not handle 4k, so service was for new one. The newcDenon has 5.1 and a zone 2. Setup was by Geek Squad. Installer did a good job and helped with iPhone app for supplementary control. Later he installed a new TV because old one had significant burnout. Installer was professional and provided instructions on use of equipment.

The Geek Squad was able to set up my new receiver and make it work with my TV, Blue ray player, my built in speaker both inside my house and outside. They also set my Harmony remote to control everything. They spent the time to explain all of it so it was easy to use after they left.

Their work is perfection, so efficient, and neat! Our televisions are completely wireless and float on the walls, all 4 of them. Best service ever, highly recommend!

The Geek Squad hooked everything up and it's working perfectly. My old receiver was not working and I had been without my surround sound for quite some time, I'm back to normal thanks to the Geek Squad.

I would have rated installation a 5 but I needed to request a return checkup on the installation and instruction on how to use the system. The TV instalers were not able to hook up my audio system. I had to buy a replacement AVR since the new TV only accepted HDMI connections and my receiver only had the 3 color wire outputs. I should have been advised to have an on-site evaluation before the TV purchase. When the crew returned to set up the new AVR and speakers they were helpful and saved me the task of a difficult hookup. Everything was explained and looked like it worked. After they left I tried to watch TV spent several hours trying to get the sound and audio to match each other. I would get the sound from FIOS cable and video from Amazon. After a frustrating 5 days, I requested a revisit. The 2nd tech changed some wiring and gave me instructions on how to use the system, problem solved.

Matt took down my old TV, installed mount and new TV. Only mounted he ran a sound and picture check to make sure everything working properly. He made sure I understood how the TV worked with my surround sound system. He was very helpful.

What can I say about Geek Squad that is not already known they are a much worthy service and worth every penny for what is covered it is a no hassle type of coverage for whatever it is your purchase.. I would not walk out of the store without adding this to any of my products. Every year I religeously renew my total tech support agreement and take full advantage of the many benefits Best Buy offers. I'm at 7 years straight and counting ;-)

The Geek Squad rep rewired my entertainment center for me. I previously had other components that I no longer needed and he removed all the excess cables and rewired the entire system so I worked better and was easier to use.

My install technician Ethan was amazing. His knowledge about my new Denon AVR-X4800H was amazing. He solved the streaming as well as cable box lip syncing. He eliminated many no longer needed audio cables based on the features of this receiver. His expertise and dedication to detail were greatly appreciated.
