The gentleman that came to the house were professional, clean and did an outstanding job. They helped explain my new system and I was impressed with their service and knowledge.

They did an absolute amazing job and I would recommend the Geek Squad to someone the needs help installing a TV or a stereo system, they are very polite and knowledgeable about their work.

Came on time, totally prepared. Very well organized. Listen to my requests and completed the TV and A/V installation in an hour. Even downloaded my apps on the TV and showed how to operate the equipment. Very friendly crew did a great job.

The cable company kept messing up, but Clyde persevered to expertly problem solve in my too complicated system until everything worked. All my appreciation, Clyde!

The knowledge Geek Squad had my receiver hooked up in no time. They took the time to explain my new product. Would highly recommend the geek squad for installations!

Techs were great. Installed speakers and went above and beyond. The wiring was from the homes previous owner and I did not have exactly what was needed, however the technician worked his magic and was able to set it up the speakers for what I needed.

The agents installed my new receiver in a professional manner. Both agents were technically knowledgeable and friendly.

My old receiver did not handle 4k, so service was for new one. The newcDenon has 5.1 and a zone 2. Setup was by Geek Squad. Installer did a good job and helped with iPhone app for supplementary control. Later he installed a new TV because old one had significant burnout. Installer was professional and provided instructions on use of equipment.

The agent was great. He knew exactly what I wanted and was amazing getting it done.

What can I say about Geek Squad that is not already known they are a much worthy service and worth every penny for what is covered it is a no hassle type of coverage for whatever it is your purchase.. I would not walk out of the store without adding this to any of my products. Every year I religeously renew my total tech support agreement and take full advantage of the many benefits Best Buy offers. I'm at 7 years straight and counting ;-)

The guys worked hard and overcame some issues, old security screws holding the old set on the wall for one. The final installation looks great and works well with my existing equipment. Good job guys!

The Geek squad mounted my 55-60in TV and speakers.

The agent installed the receiver and connected my existing 5.1 surround sound speakers as well as stepped througfjh all the setup options and answered all my questions without rushing to get things done.

The associate was very courteous and respectful of our home. He was knowledgeable and if he did not know the answer, he found the answer. This was our first-time using Geek Squad and i must say it was a pleasant experience.

I cut the cord. My system had been set up for cable. Had a few things that needed adjusting. The technicians took care of our set-up and everything is working great now.
